We ate at 4 of the 5 or 6 onsite resturants only because we ran out of time. All of the food was great. ***Men take pants cause 2 of the resturants ask the men to wear pants and close toe shoes. ***And at this resort all inclusive really means all inclusive. We didn't pay for any food or drinks alcohol included. We enjoyed snorkling which was also included. The shuttle service to other sandols resorts which was walking distance from downtown mo bay was very convient. The customer service was great. Much thanks to [...] the bartender at the cricketer pub, [...] and [...] at the grill. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the peace and quiet and relaxation with the option to take the shuttle or cab to town to party if we choose to. There is something to everyday at the resort beach and pool volleyball, coupels game show, live music, beach party, craft classes they even offered church service on Sunday the list goes on and on. Over all this resort is great for honey mooners. I would not recommend this place for kids.

we stayed at the royal carribean in mo bay. the staff from the moment you arrived to the moment you left treated us very well. the accomadations were first rate as was the food drinks and entertainment. a very relaxing time. the grounds were well manicured and the rooms were immaculate. the only complaint was that we eventually had to leave!

I was very happy with my stay at this resort. You cannot beat the service there. The room was really nice the staff super friendly. The food was really good too. I just dont have anything bad to say about it The only thing i thought might be lacking was at night -the place really seemed to die down early. It may have been the crowd that was there or time of the year- I just dont know. The Sandals in montego bay- just down the road- seemed to have a better night life( but was too close to the airport) I would highly recommend this place and would def go again

We went on tours offered by the hotel. The whole experience was great!!! No complaints.

Lots of excellent food, all day long. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great variety of different areas to relax: the main beach, the Sandals Cay beach, the pools, and the cabanas. Beautiful views. Lots of choices of free water sports like snorkeling, kayaking, and sailing. The French restaurant is romantic. The entertainment was enjoyable and fun for the most part. An excellent vacation.

First off, if you like cruise ships you might like Sandals. We hated it and couldn't wait to leave.Everything missed the mark. The food made us sick. There were five restaurant choices for Dinner which seemed to range from bad to worse. There was also a stale unclean smell that permeated many of the common areas like the central bar and grill and tea and coffee lounge area. One dinner we got was uneatable, many tables around us seemed to have the same shocked look on there faces and unfinished meals in front of them. there was a singing duo that was really fun with a great Jamaican version of Sweet Caroline "touching you... touching me..." probably the only good memory we have except the snorkeling. We found great food everywhere we ate outside of the resort from seafood restaurants to roadside shacks and jerk stands. We were quite perplexed that we couldn't find a good meal at a place we were spending over 500 a night at. Every meal except for one good breakfast seemed like bad cafeteria food. The activities are good, the boating staff was very helpful but hardly made up the bad parts of our stay.

I loved Royal Caribbean. It was from start to end one of the best vacations I was on. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The buttler service is definitelyworth it. The buttlers was there at every twist and turn to take care of what ever you need or want. The room was big and spacious. There was cable TV for sports fans. Staff was so friendly and helpful. There was not one thing that was overlooked, staff was very attentative to all needs.

The hotel location was great. We were able to enjoy the resort but also step off the resort to see great attractions in Montego Bay. Sandals resorts are great and we would already like to plan our next vacation. The food on the resort was excellent and the staff was extremely nice.

We have been coming to the SRC for the last 6 years. We finally got married on November 21, 2007 at the Royal. The wedding planner and the staff could not be more helpful and made everything effortless. We will keep coming back to the Royal. The staff is great and we have made many friends. We will be going back in November 2008. Can't wait.

All in all this was a great vacation/honeymoon. The room was nice and just steps from the ocean. PROS: beautiful oceanfront location, plenty to eat and drink, lots of included activities such as snorkeling, kayaks, aquatrikes, hobie cats, beach party and couples games. CONS: exotic foods do not please everyones taste-buds, staff was less friendly than expected, yet not rude. Shower temperature and pressure was bad all eight days, other couples on the resort agreed, drug dealers on their surf boards were annoying every single day on the resort.

Food was good with themed restaurants - not outstanding. Service was excellent. Needs more nightly entertainment options as there is no Night Club and entertainment is kind of cheesy - like a lower class cruise ship.

Overall, disappointed in our stay. Service was very poor, waited a long time to get drinks and dinner served. Every day, by late afternoon, our room was not cleaned and we had to call housekeeping. The first couple of evenings, we received fresh towels from the staff, but this stopped after the first couple of nights. Food was average and there was no variety. The same menus were served all week. We weren't able to get a reservation at the Thai/private island restaurant despite the fact that we were there over a week. The large beach was very noisy and crowded. The smaller, quieter beach away from the main part of the resort was the only place to relax in peace and quiet, however, there were a lot of "merchants" on surfboards and small boats that yelled loudly, trying to drum up business for whatever they were selling. The location is VERY close to the airport (about 5-10 min bus ride). However, this meant multiple planes flying overhead (you can probably tune the noise out after a couple of days- unless they are flying during your wedding ceremony). As a result of this experience, we would not stay at another Sandals property. The only very positive thing about the resort is the wedding planning experience. The minister was wonderful and the wedding staff was incredibly organized. Our ceremony was beautiful. The grounds are very well-maintained and we ended up with beautiful photos.

Although the hotel was not as luxurious as the pictures depicted we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Staff was really friendly. I love Elvis night. Food was average. Being all-inclusive was great, otherwise we would have a big bill cause we ate, drank, and played a lot. It was sweet seeing a lot of couples like us who just got married or are getting married. There's definitely love in the air.

"SRC was a delightful place for a 20th Anniversary celebration. Food good, Service excellent, Property clean and well maintained and not too large. Property needs a nightclub for more nighttime entertainment. Entertainment was kind of cheesy - more like a cruise ship."

We have been to many all inclusives and were just looking for a quick get away. Fun, but not too wild.It turned out to all that and more for us. The workers were great and the place was never too busy. We got everything we wanted and never had to wait very long. It was a short ride to the airport which was great for us since we were only staying 4 nights.

This resort was great. The service was superb. There was a variety of food that was excellently prepared. Everyone was so friendly. Can't wait to visit next year.
