I love this place and if I could get this deal with a better room I would go twice a year.

I was very happy with my stay at this resort. You cannot beat the service there. The room was really nice the staff super friendly. The food was really good too. I just dont have anything bad to say about it The only thing i thought might be lacking was at night -the place really seemed to die down early. It may have been the crowd that was there or time of the year- I just dont know. The Sandals in montego bay- just down the road- seemed to have a better night life( but was too close to the airport) I would highly recommend this place and would def go again

First off, if you like cruise ships you might like Sandals. We hated it and couldn't wait to leave.Everything missed the mark. The food made us sick. There were five restaurant choices for Dinner which seemed to range from bad to worse. There was also a stale unclean smell that permeated many of the common areas like the central bar and grill and tea and coffee lounge area. One dinner we got was uneatable, many tables around us seemed to have the same shocked look on there faces and unfinished meals in front of them. there was a singing duo that was really fun with a great Jamaican version of Sweet Caroline "touching you... touching me..." probably the only good memory we have except the snorkeling. We found great food everywhere we ate outside of the resort from seafood restaurants to roadside shacks and jerk stands. We were quite perplexed that we couldn't find a good meal at a place we were spending over 500 a night at. Every meal except for one good breakfast seemed like bad cafeteria food. The activities are good, the boating staff was very helpful but hardly made up the bad parts of our stay.

This was our 2nd visit to the Sandals RC. We enjoyed it even more this time around as repeat visitors we were treated to even more amentities. We got a free room upgrade, had a fabulous private dinner with filet minon and gigantic shrimp. They also treated us with an huge bottle of Rum! The only complaint that we had was the water in the bathroom was really low pressure and sometimes the toilet did not flush properly. But overall we had a fabulous time. Check out the pub, it's cool in there, open really late, and the bartenders are great with a deck of cards.

Staff SUPER friendly! Non-motor sports great, beach sports great, very shallow in some areas, so not the best snorkeling right off the beach. Jellyfish were stinging people in the water in September. Most people just kept to the many pools and were very happy there. Superb food. Nice pub with singing waiters in the evenings.

I loved Royal Caribbean. It was from start to end one of the best vacations I was on. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The buttler service is definitelyworth it. The buttlers was there at every twist and turn to take care of what ever you need or want. The room was big and spacious. There was cable TV for sports fans. Staff was so friendly and helpful. There was not one thing that was overlooked, staff was very attentative to all needs.

The Sandals Royal Caribbean resort was very nice. The welcoming and registration was most helpful and friendly upon arrival. The entire staff always was friendly and helpful. The resort grounds were kept very clean as well as the deluxe room where we stayed. The facilities and amenities were great. The selection of watersports activities was very good. We went sailing and kayaking. This resort is primarily for couples. The all-inclusive option was good; however, the food seemed to be average. Nightly entertainment was good. I would definitely like to return to the resort in the future and I would highly recommend this resort to others.

We have been coming to the SRC for the last 6 years. We finally got married on November 21, 2007 at the Royal. The wedding planner and the staff could not be more helpful and made everything effortless. We will keep coming back to the Royal. The staff is great and we have made many friends. We will be going back in November 2008. Can't wait.

Sandals Royal Car. was the best. The staff was so friendly and they made our stay very enjoyable! We recommend this hot spot to everyone! The only downfall is that its sort of far from the city if you dont have a car. We took tours around the city that took care of the weak points. We also recommend the tour of the plantation in the mountains its a totally different side of the city more peaceful and you get to see the real jamaica!

Food was good with themed restaurants - not outstanding. Service was excellent. Needs more nightly entertainment options as there is no Night Club and entertainment is kind of cheesy - like a lower class cruise ship.

Overall we were very happy, mainly because the people were so friendly and the food was awesome. The location isn't great as airplanes fly right over top, but it's manageable. The pool is small and the beach as well. We went over to the Sandals Montego Bay (1.2 miles away) during the day for activities and to play lots of great volleyball. The airplanes there are horrible (flying only a few hundred feet over the hotel), so I'd rather sleep at the Royal Carribean. I was VERY impressed with the workout facility as it was the largest I've seen at any hotel or resort. The Royal Carribean is generally an older crowd with less exciting night-life, but it worked for us. The grounds are also compact. We were expecting something like the huge resorts in Mexico, but this was pretty small. don't expect big shows for entertainment. My biggest complaint would be the difficulty of using a phone or internet. Many US cell companies do not get service there, and if they do prepare to pay $1.50 a minute. But to use the hotel phone to the US is $6.00 for the first 2 minutes and then a certain amount after that, but I don't remember how much. There's also a charge to dial local numbers. It felt like a rip-off. No wireless internet, and to use their internet you have to pay $6.00 for 10 minutes, and it's pretty slow. Be prepare that doing any business during your stay will be inconvenient and expensive. Those were my complaints, but they were little things and we had a great time.

The staff worked tirelessly to provide wonderful customer service. They were very friendly and personable. The pools were great and the locations for the jacuzzi was perfect (very near to our room). We upgraded to the premium room (which was nice), however, I wished that I'd paid a bit more for the suite. Check-in was not so great, as we had to sit and wait for our room. We just wanted to get to our room following a long day of travel. The restaurants were wonderful with a great selection and variety of foods. Call early (probably upon arriving to the resort) to reserve a special evening at the Thai restaurant. It really is a romantic evening out and the food was delicious.
