A very nice, up to date, well located, a little hard to find at first, but any local can tell you where it's at and then you will always find it yourself behind the white church!

I traveled whith my family. The location and the service were excellent. The adress is a little confuse because the new enter is in the next corner. Would be best they give the new adress.I recomended the hotel. If we return to Venice we would stay there again.

We enjoyed indeed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent for sight-seeing and shopping. Walking got us everywhere we wanted to see and the hotel was near to go back to rest our feet at the end of a long walk. The room was somewhat small, quite normal all around Venice, but very nice and recently renovated. It was great to have a lift, something rare in San Marco,to take us upstairs to our room on the 3rd floor. The staff were always helpful and service good. We thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near to the happenings.

Excellent staff. The room is very comfortable and clean and is very well located. If you wold like to know Murano ask the hotel staff, they provide for free.

Really impressed. They offered excellent tourist information, including cut-price gondola! My wife is taking her mother there, and she will definitely stay in the same hotel again

Excellent location for a very good Quality/price room. Rooms are clean and very correct even if not specifically spacious. No bath but shower. Welcome is excellent. Breakfast are poor. Excellent adress if you plan not to stay your all day in your hotel room.

We have stayed at the San Zulian before and were dissapointed to find that we had a back room with no daylight! The breakfast arrangement was chaotic as the breakfast room was tiny and could not cope with the rush.Overall however the room was OK otherwise and it is VERY central.

A lovely property situated in a very central area-easy access to shopping, food and transportation. The rooms were only noisy becaude of a family upstairs with five little boys with ants in their pants!

San Zulian Hotel is a very nice hôtel ideally located in Venezia, very close from piazza San Marco but not in a crowded area as it opens also to another area of Venezia not so touristic and very nice: the neighbourhood of Campo Santa Maria Formosa.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Its location is amazing, half way between Rialto and San Marco. Our room was great; probably nicest place we have found in our travels. The staff were very, very helpful and friendly. Both nights we were told that the (small) dining room was full for breakfast so they brought breakfast to our room. We happened to see into another room when we were leaving and it didn't look half as nice as ours, so there may be some luck of the draw involved. My only gripe was that the hot water capacity seemed to be inadequate -- by 9.30am or 10am it was cold. The second morning we got up a little earlier and had no problems (although testing the water later on it had happened again). We were there between Christmas and new year, so it's probably the worst time of the year (being both cold and busy) for that.

Excellent service. Very clean rooms. Chambermaids were very nice and clean. Breakfast served in room is a very nice touch. The Albergho is very close to P. S. Marco and easy to find. Just ask anyone for the church of San Zulian. Would definitely return.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and quiet. We were also offered breakfast served in our room. This has been the best 3* we've ever stayed at!

For a 3 night stay and good weather this was ideal in terms of location if a little pricey for its facilities. We'd rate it a two star hotel with 3 star pricing. Our clean quiet room was the smallest in the hotel-and not as nice as our friends next door! When the weather turned to rain on our last day then the fact that we had nowhere to lounge was apparent!Breakfast was served in your room due to the fact that there's not enough room to accommadate everyone.Maybe we were slightly unlucky with our room. We'd defintiely go back to venice

We had a lovely stay at the San Zulian with the room being very comfortable and well furnished. The only downside being the noise from the church bells in the morning, but it was bearable and I would recommend it for its central location. The dining area was also too small to cope with everyone, so they brought us breakfast in our bedroom which was good when we were feeling lazy in the mornings!
