| Camera 218. aria condizionata rumorosa a livello insopportabile e fresco nullo. spento impianto ore 24. caldo torrido. rumore fino alle 04,30 in strada causa avventori bar sottostante. Colazione con materiale non fresco. da non frequentare. |

| Perfect hotel,silent and spacious room, very clean, excellent breakfast (cheese, ham, croissant, cakes,corn flakes juices,cappuccino, tea, coffe etc....) there is no moquette on the floor, but parquette. The only problem is that the hotel is far from the center, I was there for work, so I did't have to visit the city. |

| Ottimo albergo! Personale efficiente e cortese, buona prima colazione, camera pulita e spaziosa. Prezzo concorrenziale. So dove dormirei qualora tornassi a Torino. |

| Chambre encombrée par le mobilier,peintures murales à rafraichir et air conditionné un peu bruyant:voici les défauts de l'hôtel.Un très bon point pour le petit déjeuner.L'accès au centre ville (gare)se fait en 15 min maxi par bus.Une bonne adresse,très bon rapport qualité-prix |

| The breakfastroom is quite small and was very crowded from 9.30 to 10.00 but good coffee and always fresh croissants There is only one pizzeria in walking distance, no other restaurants The connection to the inner city and to the fair by bus and tram is quite frequent but takes some time |

| The air condition was very noisy and worked only sometime, so the room was not warm enough. Maintenance was poor:the bathroom drain was blocked and the table lamp was broken and was not replaced after we reported. The entrance of the hotel was poorly iluminated and the hotel did not look nice from the outside. We were very pleased that what we forgot in the room was sent back to us though our son. The personal at the desk as well at the breakfast roomm where very kind ,prestative and friendly. |
