The bedroom/bathroom was well decorated, nice, clean and spacious. The dinning room correct. Breakfast with classic music. Well communicated with the center of the town by bus, and even you could reach main touristics points on foot.

The bed and breakfast at Porta Pia exceeded my expectations for accommodations in Rome. The location was very easy to get to and easy to find. We felt very safe in the area and heartily welcomed when we arrived. We were given some great ideas for sight seeing and restaurants. The breakfast was sparse, but sufficient. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our room with a balcony very much. The bathroom down the hall was very clean and spacious. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here. Hosts were charming and accomodating. Clean, spacious and accessible. No waiting at all for WC. Only problem is that the website claimed free parking which was inaccurate. This seemed to be a website problem however. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The place has quite a suitable location (not far from Roma Termini but in a residential area). All the sights can be easily reached by bus.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a large balcony. Try to book an inside room as the outside rooms are incredibly noisy. Take a bus from the train station, don't walk - it's further than it looks! Overall, very good choice.

we had a beautifull (clean) room, in a quiet street, overlooking an innersquare(ask for a quiet room!),real nice. Very friendly welcome, helpfull staff! A good place to stay, for a good price, central located; close to the park(walking distance),good bus-connection to the historical centre One minus; the breakfast was/is extremely poor! But we found a good, good place to have breakfast and tasty cappucino's(for 1 euro only!)around the corner! We would go and stay here next time we are in Rome

Situated just out of the center. Good bus connections to most major attractions in the neighbourhood. Very friendly reception and advise/tips given by host during breakfast time.

I had room 5 in the building on Via Messina 31, so my statements are limited to this room. The Room was OK but small and a little bit noisy. Particularly noise from the next door room. The landlord was obliging and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and good. Unfortunately the breakfast time ended at 09:30,too early for my taste, all the more that the breakfast room was situated in a building some houses away from the one I had my room.

Very good hotel, owners were very helpful and very keen to tell you places to visit and the correct buses etc to get there, which was very useful, perhaps a better map could of been provided, however we found it ok and had a lovely time while in Rome, the restaurant the owner recommends to go to is very very nice!

We had a excellent stay in Rome at San Michele a Porta Pia. It was a familiar atmosphere, our host was really welcoming and always trying to fulfill all our wishes. Especially the breakfast on the terrace was very nice. Probably one of the best places to be in Rome.

The location was good and can be easily found with a good map. The room was clean and of good standard. The breakfast was good - fresh food. Overall very good value. The only problem I encountered was the address was no. 25 on the street but the bedrooms was further down the street while breakfast was at no. 15. Perhaps this should be outlined when booking
