Nice paint job and perfect colors. Room to small, noisy, no ice, no am coffee. OK for location, clean and kept up. Good place only if low priced. Good for sleeping not living.

The room was clean but very small, The two double beds filled it right up, but it did have a ref., microwave, and TV, but no phone. Cool night and the heat was very weak. Had to cross 1A1 to get to the ocean. Parking lot was well lighted.

Staying at this hotel was one nightmare after another. The first room they tried to put me in was so loud from road noise it would have been impossible to sleep in. Also the towels in the bathroom were full of holes. I requested another room farther from the street and ended up staying there. It had a musty smell and the sheets were stained. There was a lso a mysterious stain on the TV which disturbed me. During the middle of the night my air conditioning unit broke, which is not a good thing in Florida in the summer. Also, I heard my "neighbor" slamming his door at all hours of the night. I couldn't wait to get up and check out of this hotel. It was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The travel website should really consider removing it from their website.

What do you expect for a cheap motel that is 1 block from Daytona Beach; under 50, including tax dollars. a night, one block from all the bigger chains charging 100 a night and withen 1 block from the beach? It wasn't a fabulous hotel, but for someone on a budget and wanting to spend money elsewhere, the entire experience wasn't too bad. The only bad thing is that, someone stole a truck from the back parking lot, but it seemed that someone was targeting the truck from a late night bar or something. It seemed like a set-up from what I heard. Overall though, it wasn't too bad.

The courtyard. I'm not a picky person, soI thought it was fine. I thought it was really great. My family and I ended up staying another night. Nice pool and it was just across from the beach. It's an economy motel, so if you're not real picky, it'll be fun.

At first i thought this spanish style building surrounding by palm trees looks a fake picture but when i arrived @ the motel it was exactly like wht it shows on picture. Room was clean. Pool was sparkling clean. Cleanest pool i ever seen it. stayed there for 3 nights there it was the best for less money. Free Wi Fi makes my work lot easier. Didnt had to pay high dollar for staying @ beach Front resort. stay @ San Marina and save money.

Nice place, very good for the value compare to other hotels that are located on the beach. Most of them charge for parking this hotel dont charge. Just few steps from the beach.

The location to the beach is great and about a mile and a half from the boardwalk and plenty of resturants. But the shower is very small if you aren't short you won't be able to shower. The maid service only came by 2 times while I was there and I stayed for a week. Their is also no clock or phone in the room. Also the only vending machine they had was for soda and it didn't even work.

The appearance and the pool area. The shower/toilet too small. It's a right hotel for the price;however, they wake you up about one hour and half before check out time. No phones in room to ask for late check out and the doubles rooms didn't have enough towels.

Nice Location, Unique spanish style building surrounded with palm trees liked the new pool. Cleanest pool i ever seen it. Room was ok clean but little bit small. wish they had a coffee maker in it so i wouldnt had to go across the street to buy a coffee. if you are on your budget go for this hotel. friendly mom & pop place.

the stuff are terrible, and the hotel is in front of the ave. i had to fight because the sold me a room saying that was just few steps from the beach, and wasn't!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was close to the beach. Everything. The place was small. Parking was in the very back where it was dark. There were bugs in the room. No phone, or coffee maker as described in on-line description. The bathroom was small. There were stains on the couch cushions. The landscape was very poor. The wifi internet was a joke. Barely any signal.

I'm no gonna comeback, never ever. No iron, the staff no friendly, no Coffey maker and nothing. Localization was good. Good to sleep.

another Guest of the hotel called me a racist word (the N-Word) when i confronted him. the management rudely got between us and placed his finger in my face and yelled that " i had better get back in my room". He never ever asked what was happening, when i tried to tell him what was going on he cut me off and threten to call the police, as if to scare me,"do want me to call the police?" Luckly i had already booked another room @ the Comfort Inn earler that day due to the large number of roaches that already lived in the room.
