The hotel overall for the budget traveller is ok. Breakfast was acceptable. Rooms clean and staff friendly and helpfull. One concern however was the difficulty of getting a taxi for an early flight, as the bellboy resorted to trying to hail a cab on what was a quiet street. Also, if you like alchohol don't go during Ramadan. No facilities in or anywhere near this hotel. Nearest is the Hyatt hotel about 15 mins walk, which opens it's bar at 7 pm.

Great location in Deira. Near the Jumeirah public beach. Clean. However, ask to have your room far from the lifts -- the dinging can be annoying at night. Great buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Would stay again.

we are quite satisfied with the quality of the facilities provided in the hotel. front desk staff is nice and helpful and courteous. room service staff is quite efficient and well mannered. all in all it was a good experience. no music no dance parties . so it was very tranquil atmosphere at night. Well done. Keep it up.

Very basic, but handy place to stay in Dubai. I've stayed there more than once, as it's probably the lowest price accommodation in town and have enjoyed staying there. Prices include a rather mediocre breakfast, but you get what you pay for. There are plenty of excellent and interesting places to eat nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful - I'd happily stay there again in future.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are on the small side and it is on a side street so not great for hailing taxis, but overall it is excellent value for money.

The hotel staff are very helpful, honest and polite. I really appreciated the honesty of one of the hotel staff when we had to change rooms and we left jewelries, watch and amobile phone and the room service guy brought them to us. the bathroom needs a bit of a renovation and more tv channels should be provided.

Staff very helpful. Accommodation very comfortable. Windows need overhauling to block out the noisy street/and sounds of overhead planes. Continental breakfast would have been better than catering for Russians only.

a nice friendly hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fairly average but no complaints. meals in the restaurant were cheap and good. the hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the creek and gold souk but the streets were a bit dismal, lots of mobile phone shops and car parts shops. KFC was only 5 mins away. hotel provides free shuttle bus to 2 different places daily. good value.

Quite expensive, but close to pretty much everything in Deira. About 10 or 15 mins walk to the gold souq and within walking distance of the Abras too. The staff are quite helpful and sorted out everything i needed. There are heaps of russians there though.

For Dubai, it seems to be a "cheap" hotel, I found it still not too cheap. The rooms are very ok. The location is not so much. It takes a long time to get to the city, I took a bus to the big shopping center "The mall of the Emirates" and it took me 2 hours! When you are the first time in Dubai, make sure that you take an official taxi from the airport - I paid 90 AED instead of about 30... What was really good: I arrived at 7 in the morning and I could already check in at 8 am, so I didn't have to wait. That was VERY kind. And I could eat breakfast on the day of my arrival...

This is a budget hotel in Deira. The hotel itself is quite nice but mainly caters for the Russian and African markets. It is difficult to get a taxi in this area. There is a gym and pool on the fifth floor. There was a sauna as well but it was closed. The rooms are okay with minibar, safe and television. The shower curtain in the bathroom is not long enough and water got everywhere.

Hotel was clean. The only problem I had is that no male could visit me, even family members. They have a policy that does not allow the opposite sex to visit if a woman checks in alone. Other than that, it was nice.

Staff very helpful and friendly, not many English speaking guests. This is really a budget hotel in the old part of Dubai if you want a cheap clean place then this is good. The resturant is clean and has good food at a reasonable price. Beds were very comfortable though the room a little small. No tea making facilities. Bathroom good size. Western Australia
