Please be warned..Do Not Stay here!!!!! I arrived home today and missed the warnings about this accommodation. On Saturday night our apartment was robbed! No forced entry, someone used a key and the biggest shock of all is someone had a safe key and stole everything in it, money, bankcards, driving licenses but they did leave our passports, they stole trainers, ipod, hair straightners and more. I personally had the safe key with me so be assured this is NOT A SECURE TRUSTWORTHY place to stay, there is no maid service and you pay 5 euros for clean towels, we didn't get our 60 euros deposit back as we had to wait until Wednesday due to bank holiday. They were fully aware we were flying home early hours of wednesday morning but they were uninterested despite our best efforts. If this warning prevents anyone going through what has happened to us, it is genuinely worth it. I intend to notify every tour operator selling this accommodation of the dangers. We do not know as yet how the insurance will handle the claims as it is so shocking to believe..

we went there in april bank hol aparts very clean but at night very cold in rooms we had to put 2 extra blankets on bed to keep warm only bad fault was collection of keys from different hotel which we had to get a taxi to go there because we had our luggage and nowhere to leave it

Clean room. Kitchen great with new oven. Balcony lovely and spacious. Handily placed for all that Benidorm has to offer.

Good budget Hotel, fine location , bit noisy due to main Rd out side of Hotel close windows stop the noise but too hot a no air con.Paul
