I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR MANY YEARS AND PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH FOR SUITE 321 $1200.NM .YOUR A/C NEEDS TO BE FIXED,NEW TOWELS AND MAYBE ADD A JACCUZZI TO SUITE. MY LAST STAY WAS NOT A HAPPY ONE. FONT DESK PERSONAL WAS SLEEPING AND I HAD TO WAIT TO EXIT CAUSE ALL DOORS WERE LOCKED AND MALE STAFF SLEEPING IN CUBBY AREA BEHIND DESK. I HAVE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER HOTEL IN AREA AND SUITE W/JACCUZZI FOR$700.NM IF YOU WANT MY BUSS YOU NEED TO IMPROVE ALOT .. LAZ

Teh people that worked here were nice, there is nothing within walking distance. The Stag Beer was 12tt.. good deal. Club Sandwich was excellent, Steak looked good but expensive

Didnt think it was too bad ,but there could definitely be improvements in the customer service department

This place is a joke. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. We had a stop-over in Trinidad both ways on our trip. The staff at this establishment don't seem to have any clue as to what's involved in customer service. They seemed awkward and uncomfortable. At the front desk, in the restaurant, at the bar all the same. Very disappointing. Maybe they are all new. This place has great potential - they just need to train their staff - period."
