Clean, Excellent Location, 1 free dinner, Friendly owner1. Customer Service - Owner was extremely nice. He also owns a restaurant that is a 2-minute walk down the road and gave us free drinks.2. Cleaniness - Rooms are cleaned daily. Not always the case around Europe. The kitchen was tidy as well but there were a few ants. Room cleaniness was excellent though.3. Quality of room - there is a TV, air conditioning and facilities in the bathroom were new and clean. Water pressure is excellent. Nothing fancy but it's got everything in good condition.4. Value for money - I feel it is a little expensive for a B&B but it seems like Rome is just expensive in general. The quality of location is excellent though - 3 minutes walk away from the Termini station and bus stop.5. Quality of food - breakfast was spartan (packaged croissant, toast, cheese, jam, nutella, tea, coffee, juice) but you get 1 free dinner with your stay. It is a full 3-course dinner with dessert and wine and it is really awesome!6. Others - you have to pay when you get there. I didn't know it wasn't charged to my credit card but the owner was nice and said I could pay when I had a chance to go to the bank machine. Overall I think I had a very pleasant stay and I would choose this place again if I go to Rome.

Recommended with exceptionsConveniently located to Termini station. When we arrived, the manager informed us that the credit card machine was not working and we would have to pay cash for 4 nights. There was no mention of cash payment when booking, and most in Rome accept credit cards. He let us pay half upon arrival, indicating they were working on the credit card machine; however, when we left it was still not working, and we had to pay cash for the remainder. I don't think he ever intended to accept credit card payment, and it was very inconvenient. I would advise to be clear about payment arrangements when booking a room. The room was adequate and clean, also included dinner at the restaurant, which has an extensive menu, very good food, and was a good value. We would have liked to return for another meal; however, our waiter was overtly attentive to my daughter, hovering near our table, whispering compliments to her, and even suggesting that she meet him after I was asleep, and slipping her a note with his phone number. It was highly inappropriate and creepy.

I really recommend this B&BThe staff were really friendly and helped with my wondering 19 month old when i needed a spare hand. Food was great (they even gave us a free dinner meal one night but i can't guarantee they will do the same for you) service was great, room was more than adequate even on a budget.

Very friendly. great service. There was a buffet style breakfast in the room, and a kitchen for 4 apartments, which meant that you could make a hot drink or cool your wine whenever you wanted! Their restaurant Alfredo was also excellent. Close to all amenties, 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum, 2 minutes from Termini station. Would definitely stay again.

very near to termini main station. The accommadation is value for money. Staffs are polite. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast is above average for B&B . I recommend this venue to others, it is value for money.
