| The Hotel is lovely, i would recomend it to friends. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. I would have liked to be closer to the main beach where all the activities were, but I sure was happy to return to the peace and quiet of this hotel after a day at the main beach. I have an electric wheelchair as i can not walk distances, i found this hotel more accesable than others in the area. |

| The resort is clean and nice, but located very far from everything (1.5 km to Na Daan pier, nearest ATM, and 7-eleven. 2.5 km to Saikaew beach). You will need to use a songthaew (200 baht to Saikaew) or rent a motorbike, if you want to go to other beaches or restaurants. Resort's beach (Ao Noi Na) is ok, but Saikaew is bigger and more lively. You will also find restaurants with better service, food and prices from Saikaew beach.
The free shuttle boat is very good service, and can also be used to get to Ao Prao beach, which is very nice (and you don't have to pay the national park fee). |

| Clean and spacious, staff is friendly. Stayed in Deluxe room, thought it could be facing swimming pool, turn out near to hill. Location along the quiet stretch of Koh Samed, taxi charter 200/300Baht to get to SaiKeuw beach. There is no sharing/shuttle-style taxi like those in Pattaya. Mosquitos in room, housekeeping came to spray insecticide. |

| Unfortunately i arrived after a delayed journey after a very challenging & stressfull day in my office & my mood was to say the least - not good. On the night of the 6th when inspecting the room my behaviour and attitude at the smallest of items is embarrasing to myself however on reflection i was most definately out of order and my girlfriend (Thai) made sure i understood that. Unfortunately as would be expected we received the cold shoulder for the rest of the stay, i believe rightly so, however after the first nights sleep i was settled and to be honest the Hotel was very clean and exceeded my expectations in the end. I would stay in this Hotel again and would recommend to others. |
