Upstairs boasts two large master bedrooms, each with a modern ensuite offering a granite vanity and dual shower. Both rooms have a TV & DVD player, large robes and ceiling fans. Step out of your master bedroom onto a balcony that overlooks the pristine surroundings. Sit & relax after you wake up to the sounds of nature or enjoy the closing of the day watching the beautiful changes of colour of the dusk sunset skyline.
Downstairs features a magnificent granite kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The open plan modern design living area extends onto a large timber deck which hosts a BBQ and outdoor dining area. This creates the perfect environment for entertaining or just laying back on the cosy couch.
Another two bedrooms can be found, one having two single trundle beds that can fold out on legs to make two queen beds or four single beds. The second room has a queen bed. Each room has ceiling fans and access to an exquisitely designed bathroom. This bathroom features a granite vanity, soothing bath and separate shower. A separate fully equipped laundry is also available.

The Runaway Bay Marina is a 15-20 minute drive North of Surfers Paradise or is easily accessible form the Hope Island exit coming from Brisbane. There are a number of water taxis operating on the Gold Coast, providing a unique transport service for visitors of the City.

Enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful island. Be surrounded by the natural wildlife and the native flora. Follow walking tracks through natural bushland surrounds to explore the 27km of white sandy beaches. Find your superb fishing spot or simply laze in the sun and relax.
For the more energetic, bicycles are included at the house for you to explore the island. You have access to hire jetski's, runabout boats and bbq pontoon boats. Bookings for seaplane joyflights, jet boats joy rides and water taxi to mainland activities and theme parks are available.
Swimming is available in both calm water and surf beaches.
