we stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the salou suites facilities.great food at reasonable prices.kids loved the fact that the swimming pool was small and shallow for toddlers.

i am currently staying in the salou suites and i would just like to clarify that there is no tv in any room the air conditioning does not work in any room we had 3 rms.the nightly entertainment is extremely poor and the pool is small with no lifeguard.the reception staff are very unhelpfull telling you at all times to look for english speaking people,overall my stay was ok but i would not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We stayed for one week in which our towels were never changed despite numerous assurances that they would be. Hotel policy is only to change bed linen every two weeks. No toilet rolls were provided. No refuse was collected from room. No cleaner of any description entered our room for the weeks duration.
