Our hostel is located in one of the best neighbourhoods of Madrid: The 'Barrio de Salamanca'.It takes only 15 minutes to get to the city centre: ' Puerta Del Sol' with all shopping facilities, nightlife and the most important museums, monuments and sights like Prado Museum, Cibeles Square, Retiro Park, Royal Palace,etc.From the airport it doesn't take long to get here and there are subway stations, bus stations, and a taxi rank very close. After a five minutes walk from here you can find the bullfight ring, the sports palace (also very popular as concert halls) and one of the most sophisticated shopping areas with all the famous designer shops of Armani, Gucci, Versace, etc.. The Hostel occupies a beautiful old building from 1950, which was fully reconstructed in 2004.
