Restaurant Le Noailles With its refined and creative cuisine, the gastronomic restaurant Le Noailles offers both business lunches or romantic dinners. From mid-April to the end of September, a terrace is available for alfresco dining. Open from 12pm to 2.30pm and from 7.30pm to 10pm. Closed on Saturdays midday, Sunday and Monday all day and bank holidays. Bar Saint James This lounge bar offers you breakfast, lunches, teatime and cocktails in a very cosy atmosphere and with a pianist all the evenings from 7pm and a jazz group every Friday from 7pm. From mid-April to the end of September, a terrace is available for alfresco drinking. Open from 8am to 1am from Monday to Friday and from 10am to 1am on week-ends and bank holidays.

Well located hotel but like many Paris hotels smart impressive public areas contrast with tiny, poky rooms which could do with money being spent on them. Clean however and decent value.

It is expensive. They have a friendly staff but will not make extra effort to help. No one was at the door to greet nor help you with the luggages. We hauled our four luggages ourselves to the room in a very small elevator. We had a 'no hot water' room problem one day and I had to take cool shower after a long wait for help that never came. No explanation or apology from any manager about the problem. The bathroom sink counter space is small. The hot breakfast is not included and it is very expensive (Euro24) for such a small buffet. I will recommend it to a friend only because of it's great location. I was really very satisfied with the area.

Saint James and Albany hotel was the perfect base of operations for my first visit to Paris. I could walk through the streets to all the main attractions and really enjoy the Paris scene. It was within sight of the Louve. The rooms were very comfortable but I would request an upper floor or interior one. My first room was on the first floor on the street and it was very noisey. The staff were very accomadating and even moved me into a suite for the balance of my stay. One thing, breakfast is not included, I was not paying attention and went to their very good breakfast buffet everyday and got the bill at the end of my stay at 21 euro a day. There are many inexpensive cafes nearby where I could have dined for much less. I would reccommmend this hotel to my friends.

For young lovers such us ourselves there was nothing better than spending the New Years in Paris, and at the St. James & Albany Hotel on the majestic Rue de Rivoli, just a stone throw away from the Louvre. The Honeymoon Suite we got was fantastic - a duplex with a nice view of the pretty courtyard. What was nice about the hotel was that though we only booked the Honeymoon Suite for two nights, we were allowed to stay there for the duration of our trip (additional 4 nights) at no extra charge. Very Sexy!

Absolutely brilliant location so I would go back to the hotel just for that. The reception staff were very friendly and willing to help with ordering taxis.However there were a few things wrong with the room. There were four of us staying , yet they had only set the room for two and we had to chase housekeeping for additional blankets, robes etc... The flush on the toilet didn't work properly and neither did the hairdryer and even though we reported it, it didn't get looked at. However we only stayed for one night and so it wasn't a major inconveneience.

Located directly across from the Tuileries Gardens, this hotel is a stone's throw from the Louvre and the Metro. While on a main street, our spacious room was at the rear overlooking a courtyard and we did not hear any street noise. The staff were extremely accommodating to our requests and questions. Our only complaint is that the pillow provided was much too thin.

Specifically requested disabled facilities for disabled person of 75 years. Advertised as disabled friendly. Late arrivals kindly rang hotel and confirmed facilities. On arrival had to negotiate number of steps to enter hotel. Could not get wheelchair into lift. Fortunately mum is able to walk a few yards. Nil disabled facilities in room ie. no grab rails. Had to wash mum by side of bath each morning - could not use shower/bath. Would have changed hotels if not for the short stay of the trip (three nights). Hotel receptionist stated they will have disabled facilities once hotel is renovated! Hotel sent e-mail with apologies but no offer to refund a night - I did not ask. Rooms are showing their age - in process of renovation.On a plus point room was clean and linen v fresh. Superb location. Shame as Paris was wonderful as always and the Parisians were very helpful and friendly with mum.

This hotel is located in a very nice arrondissement close to the Louvre, place Vendome, the Opera, Place de la Concorde, Ladurée, etc...The pool and hamman are a plus but the standing of the hotel is far less than the 4 stars announced

Service was slow and the drinks/food quite expensive but the location was fantastic and the rooms were of a reasonable quality. Would recommend if you avoid eating /drinking at the hotel.

Room was small (especially given the high rate) and greatly overheated. The cooling system that could have reduced the temperature was not in operation. We had to sleep with windows open which was not lonly noisy but required the curtains to be drawn thus allowing light in. Tissues in the bathroom were not replaced when the box was finished.

The hotel was in a good location but the room was very small and very noisy as it was adjacent to a busy sidestreet. The reception staff, although friendly seemed unable to recommend any restaurants and were not very knowledgeable of the Paris area

Very good location, opposite the Louvre and near the Siene, very nice to walk around this are....Great shopping as well.THe hotel itself had alovely spa downstairs, with great lighting.It was clean, well staffed and luxurious....The room was spacious although the toilet was a bit smelly, but the cleck did spray some air freshner in the room and they did offer us an exchange...All in all apleasant stay

Unfortunately this hotel is in renovation, the furnishings are old and the rooms are tatty. Big stains on carpet, furmiture chipped, smelling of smoke. Very noisy and I personally have had to change my room 3 times. This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel it is less than 2! The staff was kind and especially the female staff on duty on the morning of 28th november. The only positive thing is the spa...I would have preferred to sleep in the spa rather than my dingy sad room. The standard rooms are very pokey and suffocating while superior are exactly of the same standard only a little bit bigger. Te Novotel in central Paris costs much less but is highly superior. I travel extensively and very often to Paris..this is most definitely an hotel i will not return to until it has been renovated.

Chambres bien en dessous de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un établissement rue de Rivoli avec les prix d'un palace. Les lits sont petits et de mauvaise qualité, la salle de bain avec un seul évier et le comble : plus d'eau chaude à partir de 17 h00, électricité à revoir, toutes les chambres sont à refaire.
