Standard rooms (I was checked in on 2nd floor) look and smell like a youth hostel, absolutely a no go for business traveler. Upgrade to Superior at Euro 45 proofed to be the right thing (except checking out). Superior rooms offer the standard one would expect by choosing a 4* hotel. Breakfast room is a dark and uncomfortable. Internet access via hotel PC is fitted in a pretty narrow niche and at very expensive 9 Euros an hour!!!

I expected better. The room was like a cheap dorm. 3 inch foam on plywood was the bed. Bathroom was moldy and dirty. They did not make it right and charged 60 euros more to upgrade- Was it a scam- others encountered the same.

Il soggiorno è stato gradevole e la posizione prossima al centro storico hanno reso la permanenza migliore. Peccato che la stanza era priva di frigo bar

They have a fine breakfast room and good food. It would be more joyful if the personal would smile more often.

Being a **** hotel the quality and the space of the room is not so good and the bathroom is similar to the one of a ferry-boat. No frigo-bar, no brochure of hotel-services in the room. Breakfast was good.

Misinformed about parking rules, found a big bug in the sheets, which didn't look freshly changed anyway. Housemaid walked into room TWICE at 7:30 AM without knocking. Advertised as four star hotel. 3 star at very best. The only good point - an excellent breakfast in amenable surroundings. Repeat? Never.
