This hotel was built by Carl Sacher, the son of Franz Sacher who invented the legendary Sachertorte. The hotel has a sauna. PL 02/08 This hotel was expanded into a modern 4 star in 1996 with the listed main building reminiscent of a hunting lodge being retained as the hotel's centrepiece. Located at the gateway to the lovely Helental nature reserve on the river Schwechat and between the ruins of the Rauhenstein and Rauheneck castles.
