| The quality of the appartment was excellent but let down missing light bulbs, toilet roll holder etc. Small things though. I didn't expect to have language difficulties when I checked in and a folder of information in the appartment to explain how to access the parking and leisure facilities would have helped with the eastern european language problem. We never did get the secure underground parking and despite being promised a call back regarding leisure facilities the neighbouring appartments rep ended up being good enough to sort us out. These are niggles though. The appartment was a good base for Edinburgh. |

| It was quite a way from the apartment to Hill Street where we had to collect the keys and had we not had a car, dread to think of the taxi cost. Not the best idea on collecting keys. The property itself had (in my opinion) not been checked out properly and certainly not thoroughly cleaned through by the cleaner. The photo/pictures of 10/9 Western Harbour showed a sea view, this was not the case and we were very disapointed. In all there were 6 light bulbs out, toilet roll holder missing, only two of the four pillows had pillow cases (someone else`s hair on the sheets). No bulb in broom cupboard, thick dust on skirting boards, the windows could had done with a good clean and most frightening of all the sink unit in the en-suite was nearly hanging off the wall, if this had come off whilst we were residents then we would have been committed to pay any damages. How to get into the secure parking was not relayed over to us and we couldn`t park the car there overnight. One of the residents liked Shania Twaine and was quite happy to let us hear the "sound of music" at 3.00 am in the morning. If all the above comments are looked into and resolved, then we wouldn`t have a problem staying there again. |

| The apartment was lovely and just what we expected. It would of been nice if it was a bit closer to town, but once we found out which bus to catch it was not really a problem. Taxi's was always around to bring us home on the evening. We did expect to have a welcome pack in the apartment, which there wasn't. Over all we had a lovely stay. |

| Good modern apartment a bit away from everything and requiring a taxi for most journeys. All was fine in the flat, it might have been nice if some basic tea/coffee and milk had been provided otherwise all ok |

| The apartment was in an excellent location. Outside the city but quite nearby to the city centre. I was not happy with the check in procedure. The check in can be done only at their head office situated in the city. The check in could be done only between 2-6pm which puts a time constraint on us. We had to rush urgently and finally managed to reach there a few mins before 6. Otherwise the office will be closed! Apart from the check in, the stay was wonderful. |

| Excellent location in a rapidly changing area over looking the Firth of Forth. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Transport links to city centre first class just hop on a Number 10 bus 2 mins from apartment. Waterfront Cafe recently opened provides good breakfast and a few groceries etc.. New bars and restaurants opening all the time but local ones are excellent too, all within walking distance. |

| I received an email prior to arriving instructing me to ring Az an hour before arrival to have him meet us at the apartment. When I rang I was told I would have to drive into the centre of edinburgh to which I am not familiar to collect the flats keys which on a busy saturday afternoon took us almost an extra hour and half to complete when I was meant to meet up with some family members. After collecting the keys no one was at the flat to meet us and show us round so we had to fend for ourselves. I did however receive a text at 2.20am Sunday instructing me where to leave the keys. Overall flat was good service was not. |

| Collected keys from central Edinburgh office during office hours. About 3 mile drive to appartment on vast new waterside development. Quiet, clean and well equipped. Underground parking with lift. About half mile from Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre/Cinema/Royal Yacht Britannia. Not sure about access by public transport. Excellent value. |

| We were met at the appartment as we were arriving outside office hours.Were 'talked in' by mobile phone as difficult to find on vast new development. Very good for disabled -lift, ramps with rails. Appartment clean and spacious. Towels/soap/shower gel provided. Good cooking facilities/utensils. We used it as overnight stop en route to Highlands but would stay longer. Excellent value. |
