A very nice boutique hotel, but no swimming pool. Fitness very small and warm. 500 bath breakfast only average. Many better hotels at same price around Sukhumvit

Everything was good for the price we paid!! Breakfast for minimal but enough. I would stay here again. The only drawback was the sound of traffic in the night since the hotel is on the main road....the rooms are not equipped with sound proof walls.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They even let me use the spa to clean up before my flight 9 hours after I checked out. Only minus is the traffic noise, but hey, that's Bangkok!

Very good location along Sukhumvit area.Easily accessible and ammenities are within reach. The hotel potrays a very warmth nice feel,really comfortable beds and i am impressed with the cleanliness of the room.In addition the huge bath tub is a plus after a long day shopping. Reception is friendly and helpful and able to converse in English. However, there is only one issue, traffic seems pretty bad along Sukhumvit area at all times ,all days. Thus, i might consider staying in other areas like pratunam or khao san in future because it is agonising to be stuck in the traffic each i hit the road to go shopping. Thank you!

I returned to S15 again. S15 has comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms. ABF is sumptuous with continental and Asian choices. Staff is friendly and attentive. Location is superb with easy access to skytrain via nearby Asoke station. One peculiarity is that the wardrobe / closet and safe are in the bathroom. Clothes might get humid if you take a too steamy bath. BUT anyway, I love this place.

excellent room. Its new. One of the best budget hotels in Bangkok. The staffs were very friendly. Good location. You cannot go wrong. Tip: dont ask for room facing the main road ; it can be slightly noisy , ask for side or behind.

Brand New Hotel which is awesome. Highly recommended, great spot, close to Nana district and a walk to most other places. Would stay here again in a heart beat! Highly recommended. Only drawback is it doesn't have a pool.

For getting easily to the center of the city Sukhumvit has the disadvantage of heavy traffic all day long as the hotel is located right on the corner. Pratically no parking space available.

Exceptional quality of room for the price. Excellent location (right near Asok - thus it's easy to avoid Bangkok's legendary traffic and just jump on a train), buffet breakfast provided is also of very good quality. Pleasantly surprised - highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, right on Sukhumvit Road, near to the Skytrain station (Asoke), with the Metro also quite near. Value for money is second to none.

This is a new hotel that does not appear in many guide books: it is easy to find and is well located for the Skytrain. I would highly recommend it!

Pros - Very accessible by both the BTS and MRT. - Hotel main door is along the main road, therefore very safe. - Big bathtub. - Comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower foam, basically everything you need for the toilet is provided. Cons - Gets a little lousy at night when the Tuk Tuk pass by. - The view I get is the power lines. - Great place to "spy" on BKK night life. p.s. I missed their king size bed already!!

S15 is a beaytiful, new hotel at the corner of Sukhum-vit Soi 15, just a short walk from Asoke MRT station. Rooms are well furnished, bathroom spacious with sepa-rate bathtub & shower. Everything is new & clean. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous. Car parking down-stairs. Staff everywhere is absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. Really good experience & very good value for money.

I found this hotel to be very 5 star. The service was beyond excellent. All of the staff were really nice and would go out of their ways to please you. The hotel itself was pretty small in size, but very nice and clean. The location of the hotel was the best part. It was only 2 minutes walk to the BTS sky train and the MRT underground train. It was certainly in the middle of everything. I would love to go back there again in the near future.

fantastic hotel, clean and well decorated. loved the room and the bathroom. was within 2 mins to Asok station, conveniently located, with the Nana street market just along the road. Staff were polite and helpful. I will stay there again when I am in BKK. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

We found the hotel location very good and make the access convenient and easy. Besides, staff are friendly and helpful. With free WiFi in room, it is very handy as well. As a boutique hotel, S15 sure has its charcter. We have a pleasant stay there for total 3 nights. I will certainly recommend to my friends if they visit Bangkok.
