The Rydges Perth Hotel is located in the central region of the city on the corner of Hay and King streets. This is the downtown part of Perth and is close to shopping areas and theaters on the West End.

The hotel is located at 815 Hay Street, right across the Majesty Theater and a short distance away from the Hay Street Mall.

The hotel has very spacious hotel rooms, over 240 to offer its visitors. Rooms have large picture windows overlooking both the city and river. Guests can also request one of the hotel’s 46 king executive rooms.

The Rydges Hotel Perth has much to look at in the way of décor and atmosphere. It has a stylish open bar, high ceilings and modern timber furnishings. What are your breakfast options?: Our CBD restaurant serves buffet breakfast from 6:00am - 10:00am (Monday - Friday) and from 7:00am - 11:00am (Saturday/Sunday). Buffet breakfast is $28 per person. There are various cafes around and near the hotel for eating out.
What transport is available to get around?: Perth CBD is relatively small, so easy enough to get around on foot. There is also the free CAT bus service that runs daily around the city.
Do you have internet?: Yes, all our rooms have broadband and it's $22 for the 24-hour period.
Do you provide parking?: The hotel has valet parking for guests at $38 per day (for valet, the car needs to be parked outside the hotel in Hay st. and the concierge will take it from there). There are also plenty of public car parks around and near the hotel.
