Room 17 next to the lift is not only NOT acceptable for a hotel that commands the rate, it is outright RUDE. The trainee at the reception was simply NOT interested. I will never stay in the hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at Rydges and found the wait staff that served us at breakfast to be very caring especially 'Troy'. I also found Brad H and Di K to be very attentive at our sons so called wedding. Would love to stay again only a bit longer this time.

I was put on the Executive floor (15) and found the stay to be brilliant as per my last stay. The staff offered late checkout if required and were friendly and helpful. I didn't eat in the resturaunt this stay but i remember the food being exceptional last time. Will definately stay again in the future - highly recommended.

The hotel itself is great and the staff were very helpful - the restaurant in the hotel is ordinary and over priced

Friendly & efficient service. Great location - right in city center and business district. Well appointed, good sized room. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location is fantastic, service good but there is no gym. The hotel only allows you access to an outside local gym and even then it is only open for 3-4 hours per day over the weekend.

The main service issue I had was with the Front Desk. I only went there twice and on both occasions, the staff seemed more focussed on finishing their personal conversations rather than serving customers. The hotel is clean and quite nice, but a little tired. Location is excellent for what my needs were. I would stay again.
