The breakfast hot buffet was just appaulling.......luke warm, dry and tasteless...please can something be done about this

Excellent location, room was very clean and tastefully decorated, service was excellent, very comfortable bed and definitely will return and stay again and would recommend it to others. The consiege and valet parking were very good and efficient.

A very convenient place to stay if a bit tucked away. Very quiet so got an excellent nights sleep. Rooms ok but a wee bit too much furniture. thought having the TV right in front of the window, blocking the view, was somewhat silly. Why not change the table and chairs with the TV?

Great view of the SKYtower from the room & convenient location ( shopping street few blocks away). The bed was firm & very comfortable. Major backlash: breakfast cleaned up way before the mentioned time & the lounge was freezing cold. Otherwise staff were very friendly & helpful.

A very conveniently located hotel. Very courteous staff. Has a nice modern stylish feel. Good sized rooms and well equipped bathrooms.Close to Sky City, shops,cinemas and transport links.

Excellent staff.All friendly and obliging. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great to have normal taps in the shower as I usually need to put on spectacles to work out and see the dial of the newer variety Breakfast excellent. Hotel only one block from the free bus that circles the city and only a short walk to the harbour area..

Parking is a problem at this hotel. Only valet parking is available (at $25 per day). Public car parks very close by but not convenient if loading/unloading luggage. Otherwise a great hotel and excellent value for money - if booked at internet rates. Location could not be better - 3 min walk to Skytower and 10 min walk to quay.

Comfortable room, great location, will be staying here again. Lots of food places nearby, Tony's was great, Hunan chinese was worst ever.

Extremely pleased with the room, facilities, price and location of this hotel. The most pleasant surprise however was the fantastic breakfast that was included. Muesli, berries, yoghurts, nuts and plenty of hot food if required.

Took advantage of last minute rates on the internet and was excellent value for money. Only a five minute walk to downtown and 15 minute walk to the Vector Arena. Downside, no extractor fan in bathroom, and would not have breakfast there again. Other than that would certainly stay again.
