The location is very central to the main bus terminal, jama al'fana the cities main attraction and the main shopping district gleez where you can find Mcdonald's and other commercial shopping facilities.

The location was very central and it was easy to find. The reason why I gave it a bad review was that it was located near a very busy road and it was VERY noisy! It was hard to sleep without earplugs.

Pretty close to the Medina, probably 20 mins walk from central square Djema el-Fna. Inside is a bit weird, especially getting to the restaurant as you kind of have to walk through a shopping centre to get there... like it wasn't designed quite right. Our room was large and rather sparsely furnished (again a design flaw?). It was mostly clean, but the bathroom had some mould and also a lot of small ants. The 2 air conditioning units worked well, keeping us cool all night. Breakfast was one of the better ones we had in Morocco with a nice selection of pastries. Staff weren't amazingly helpful, but weren't rude either.

It was a little difficult getting to the hotel because the taxis kept getting confused with the other 4 Ryad Mogadors in Marrakech. As a hotel itself, it was a pretty good deal. The manager however was very rude.

Very good breakfast. Situated on a busy island but within 5 minutes of most places of interest.

Well located near the bus station, and a reasonable (30 minute) walk from the main square in the Medina. Reception staff did not seem very friendly, but restaurant staff were fine.

Lower than expected 3 star compared to European standards. No hot water for the 10 days I stayed, just luke warm. Location good and friendly staff.

Using the word 'Ryad' was misleading. A ryad is a small but quaint guest house. This place wasn't small and quaint. I won't complain much, it was fine. A bed a shower and the BBC. It's all we needed. We didn't go to Marakesh to spend it in our hotel room. The price was right - a good time but we got sick of the very french breakfast. They like to eat lots of sweet things for breakfast, instead of my peanut butter on toast and strong coffee. But that's a matter of taste. We didn't find the staff overly friendly and the directions they gave us around the city were poor. They recomended that we take a taxi when we just wanted to walk everywhere. We had to cross several dangerous roads to get to our hotel from the downtown medina. In the end we made a game of it. Sometimes the maid would forget simple things like clean towels and toilet paper. I've certainly stayed in worse hotels in the world and I've certainly stayed in better ones. All in all it's what we expected for the price!

The Ryad Mogador Marrakech Hotel is great as its just next to the Medina wall and very easy to get around from here to every where. Cheap and very clean air con works ok and beds are nice to sleep in. Breakfast basic but its food. I would stay there again with no problems

Overall impression is good. Some glitches upon arrival linke: missing soap in the bathroom, missing piece in the shower, missing remote control for the TV but everything was fixed quickly and effectively
