this is the worst mid-tier hotel i've stayed at in moscow. really bad location--even though they have a special shuttle that brings you to the subway station, it takes about 15 minutes. it absolutely impossible to get out of the hotel by foot to anywhere - it's surrounded by overloaded highways. when i asked them to book me a room without breakfast, they still included it in the price and refused to take it off. there is no money exchange except for dollars and euro. the room service does not offer the capability to put the bill on the room--they demand payment right away, and also insist on the tip, even though it is room service which is supposed to do this kind of service without hoping for extra. the rooms are a total mess: the tv is old, the table is really small, the lamps are very dim, the toilet easily clogs and overflows, the bed is rigid and it is not that comfortable to sleep at 18-20 degrees celcius in the room at night. in other words, i would suggest any other hotel but this one.
