Great location with easy access to central Palermo and in walking distance of bus stop to airport. Very friendly hosts and warm, homey atmosphere. Rooms were generous and very clean, only complaint was a couple of wonky toilet seats! If you don't like city noise ask for one of the back rooms as the front are VERY noisy but the back rooms are relatively quiet.

Great hotel. Very noisy, but then show me a hotel in Palermo town centre that isn't. Some earplugs may have been useful. Breakfast was typically italian, coffee, fruit and biscuits/cake. Brilliant location bang in the centre. Not that obvious to spot, look out for the large red door and ring the buzzer on the side.

Great budget hotelWe stayed here at the beginning of April and it was perfect for what we wanted. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the hotel is in a great location in Palermo. Marcos (concierge) was extremely helpful, recommending a great restaurant to eat at and giving us tips on where to visit in and around Palermo. The only down side was the breakfast, which had very limited choices and the level of noise from the road outside. Other than that, a great place to stay to rest your head in a very busy city.

brilliant family run hotel in centre of palermo. easy reach of all tourist sites. clean, comfortable. excellent customer service by all staff. BA lost my husbands luggage and within 24 hours of being in the hotel - marco - the owner had my husbands luggage found and delivered to the hotel - excellent!!! he recommended many tourist/cultural/historic sites to visit, recommended restaurants, was always helpful with transport etc. our stay was very enjoyable and stress free. woul;d definetly stay there again. continue the excellent service marco and gang!!

Definitely recommended!!!! Amazing value for money. Room and bathroom are 5 star quality,and staff are curtious and helpful. Only thing is finding parking,stressfull! Would definitely stay here again tho

Fantastic room in the centre of Palermo. Staff were very friendly and keen to speak english to us. Room was very clean and modern with an excellent bathroom and a huge bedroom. Sky TV also offered a few english speaking channels. Only negative is that because it is in the centre of Palermo, it can be quite noisy until midnight and possibly later on weekends. Would definitely recommend the guest house to anyone wanting to experience Palermo from a central location and without the need to spend a fortune on public transport.
