Loved how the bar stayed open till 2 am. The water in the shower did not get hot enough. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was a mini vacation, even if it lasted for one night. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel stay was great. They were very friendly. Room service came every day and did a great job! The complimentary breakfast was like no other we ever had. There was something different every day and there was a lot to pick from. Great location to food and shops. The free shuttle to the parks was nice too. However the times coming back were not so great. There was only two times to be brought back, we have a 3 and a 6 year old who were not able to stay at the parks for such long periods of time. There was a bus for $6 that brought us back almost to our hotel. The kids really enjoyed the pool, it was clean and great size for everyone. The only drawback I would say is they don't have a real restaurant or deli to eat on the grounds. If you wanted to eat you would have to take out or go to the Publix across the street. Over all we had a great time, and would come back again. You can't beat the price :)

The staff in charge of cleaning our room was very sweet. Each day she took the children's blankets and stuffed animals and "tucked them in" to the made up beds. For this extra attention, we would stay again. We had an in-room kitchenette; the housekeeping staff took our dirty dishes out of the sink and washed them before we had a chance to! The sound from the pool echoed up quite a bit, but since it was over 90 every day, the air conditioning was on, which drowned out most of the noise. Posted signs stated that the pool closed at 10 pm and a few nights we could hear activity from the pool area after that, but never extremely late or disruptive (we were on the fourth floor). Breakfasts were extensive and delicious. Eggs, sausage, rolls, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, everything! The location was great as well. We were only a few miles from Disney, Epcot, Universal, and Wet n Wild. A grocery is near by as well for those staying in suites (I highly recommend the suite with kids! Two TVs for those late night movies!)

The elevators had chipped paint, the rooms although "cleaned" daily were never restocked with toilet paper or tissues. The Ice machines were broken on all but 1 floor. I also found t disheartening that the staff would dicsuss "negatively" another guest in front of myself and other guests.

Two room apartment like. We were given a handicap room that the shower in the master room can not be used because water went everywhere. Great for a family with young children since the room/apt had a whole kitchen, probably if we were given a regular room instead of handicap my review will be different.

The hotel was a complete disappointment. We felt that the star rating and information provided about the hotel were woefully inadequate. 1. The location of the hotel was advertised as one mile from Disney when in reality it is about 8. 2. The location of the hotel was in an older area of town and we did not feel comfortable waling in the neighborhood with our children in the evening. 3. The staff was rude and tried to sell us time shares every time through the lobby. 4. The wifi did not work 5. The free shuttle only ran a few times each day (at inconvenient times) and then we stopped at 3 other hotels to pick up guests so that the whole ride took at least 45 minutes to get to a park that was supposedly 1 mile away. 6. The rooms were small. 7. There were very loud people at the pool until 2am. I could go on. Happily Disney World was awesome, even if our accommodations were not up to par.

After some of the reviews, I will admit that I was worried about staying at this hotel. But I was relieved when we arrived. The main lobby was clean and the check in staff was pleasant and it was a speedy check in process. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of six. The TV's were not flat screened but they worked and had no problems. We had two bathrooms and both were clean and mold free. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of warm towels each night. The pool maintance was excellent. There was a small problem one evening, and they were on top of it. I was impressed to see cleaning crews everywhere on the property through out our stay. The free drinks by pool side each evening was a nice ending to long days. The morning breakfast was good enough for a few mornings. The food was hot and there was always someone on hand in case there was a problem. It is easy to get tired of the food if your staying more than 3 days. But then again it's free and was helpful on the pocketbook. All in all I would recomend this to families who prefer to save a few dollars and stay outside of Disney.

The breakfast was good but the area was too small to accommodate the number of guests. Small maintenance repairs would help (bathroom door, cupboard door loose). Disappointed and won't stay again or recommend to others.

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 kids (6) (5), on a two bedroom suite. The room was very clean and we were happy with all the equipment. The breakfeast is great and plenty but if you do not go early your will have to sit outside. We where on a 2nd floor so the pool nosie did not disturb much but we had cold days so not many people using the pool. Elevators worked fine, but need some remake, the corridors floors could be cleaner. Ice makers worked fine. The big pool was not heated but the spa yes. More kids activities would be welcome. The front desk was very helpfulll and kind and we only saw someone when we registered. We had a problem with the safe in our bedroom but the hotel solve it in less than 2 hours. Convenince store well equiped and laundry machines worked welll. Over all a great place to stay with kids in a double bedroom with two LCD TV and many channels. Internet in the room worked fine. For the price we payed X we would stay again. Thanks for a good time.

When we entered the room, the bar counter in the kitchen was dirty. My guess is the prior guest entered the room after cleaning. Stuff happens, but staff addressed issue immediately. Staff very helpful and attentive during the entire stay. The staff looks speak and understand English perfectly. Everything was very clean, rooms have recently been upgraded, hotel not new, but in good shape. Three elevators on property. Morning FREE breakfast buffet is a partial full breakfast with eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, and danish. Granted it is not a Shoneys buffet, but considering the price was well worth it and would cost 7-10 / person at any restaurant. This was a real time saver before heading to the parks each day. Prior to stay I read reviews about the noisy pool area. Indeed, it is noisy until 11pm when they close it. The rooms have the bedroom on the outside (parking lot side) and all face inwards (entry side) toward the pool. There is a door to the bedroom that eliminated the pool noise for us. Guests staying on the pull out couch near the pool side (entry door) will have a harder time sleeping B4 11pm unless really tired. This is an outside access rather than inside access hotel, so those highly concerned with security may think twice. I am usually an inside access bigot, but due to the fact that all rooms face inward and all room entry doors were visible from every other room, I was not as concerned about security. However, anyone can wander into property through hotel corridors to parking lot. Those with high security concerns should probably call hotel and ask about security. Matress on pullout couch was NOT very good. Would pay 110 max.

We stayed at the Royale Parc suites 10 years ago with our children and grandchild. This time we stayed with our children and 4 grandchildren. It is still a great hotel. We had the two bedroom suite. It was beautiful with plenty of room for 9 people even with 4 very excited children running around. The beds were great and the room was clean. The pool was wonderful with a beautiful court yard around it and there was a children's pool for the little ones. At 11:00 pm they closed the pool and even sent the partying college age people out so it was a nice quiet night time. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage included. The shuttles were great for everyone to go to the park of their choice for the day. Everything wasn't perfect but there wasn't enough bad to complain about. The front desk took care of the few problems we had immediately. The only bad thing I can think to warn anyone about is trying to get park tickets from the concierge desk. They are only interested in selling time shares so plan to get your tickets somewhere else. We loved this hotel 10 years ago and it still helped to make our vacation wonderful. I would highly recommend it.

We had to change rooms as soon as we checked in, there was mold on the walls and carpet and we found a used toothbrush in our bathroom. They moved us to another room that has a used fork on the carpet and hair all over the bathroom sink and floor. There was a hidden safe charge at check in that I had to pay for (for a safe that I never used) I checked out early and was not refunded any of the money that I spent. Stay was horrible. The breakfast buffet was small and very crowded. In the picture they show fireworks at Disney, that is not true the only fireworks you can see from this hotel is on the 4th of July!!!

This was a very nice place to stay. Everything was clean. People very friendly and helpful.Very close to all attractions. Pool area very nice. We would stay here again.

When I called to check to make sure our room was definetly reserved for our honeymoon, the manager on the phone said there was no reservation sent from cheap tickets (and I made the reservation a couple of months in advance). I had a reservation confirmation code and the rude manager refused to help me at all. He had NO customer service skills!! It took me an hour on the phone to get everything straightened out. Once at the hotel, it was a very nice room. But the hotel is centered around a pool that is VERY noisy late into the night.

Security had to be called due to out-of-control guest. Other people appeared to be bar hoppers, not hotel guests. Security doors to parking lot are useless as one can put hand through side bars to open door. Parking is very poor - we had to park in poorly lit and dangerous looking parking lot in rear of property. Several requests to front desk for missing items in room were promised to be delivered but no one showed up with items until requested for the next day. Room itself was well kept - so a plus goes to the housekeeping with the exception of the missing items - extra blanket, ice bucket, extra bar of soap for shower.

Hotel was nice, Service was not always up to what my standards would be. However Rooms where nice. But over all nice rooms had a safe to put your own personal number to lock/unlock. I did like that. I was pleased with the room over all and pool and bar was beside the pool.. I was very unplease with the elevator not working properly in building . There breakfast was the same every morning became very bleh since being there for 9 days. However location to get to all parks was really nice, the area surrounding had continually nightly activities for kids to adult. My thoughts If coming back for the price and nice rooms over all I probably stay again.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. We were there for a soccer tournament and the set up was perfect for a family bringing four players. The hotel itself lacks the luster of a new hotel. The hallways are outdoors, concrete is cracked a bit and worn. The facility outside my bedroom door could use an overhaul, but the service was great and I wasn't there to sit around and enjoy the lobby. The pool was cleaned extensively every morning and the poolside activity was big all day. Breakfast was just okay, but the location is so great you can walk to Dunkin Donuts or Publix to get a little extra stuff. Small kitchen, but well stocked. I didn't pay for bells and whistles so I wasn't expecting so much. We were there with two other families (separate rooms) and we were all extremely satisfied.

Great location. Good size rooms. AWESOME for the money! More breakfast options than expected. Only 2 things that didn't like - towels are cheap, thin and scratchy. Had to pay 20 cents per minute to use the business center - thank-fully nice computers and fast access.

I think this was a great option for the price. The location is great and the complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent it really helps save time and money.
