Very beautiful hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Accomadated motorcycle and trailer parking. Location is wonderful, right on the beach. Everything was perfect for the 4th holiday. Only problem is that the Oceanfront/view room is barely a view unless you want to hang off the balcony. Make sure you specify what time view you want and ask for a room higher up. Only complaint.

Very safe, quite, great for families, many amenities on site for children. Definitely not a four star hotel! The hot water ran out before I could finish my shower! The room was very nice, clean, and quite. The location is great! Very family friendly with lots of amenities for children of all ages. I am a single mom with a 4 year old, and I felt extremely safe. On the down side. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The atmosphere was that of a 2.5 star hotel and the hot water ran out before I could finish my shower! When the water was turned all the way to hot, it was just Luke warm. So forget about other people getting a shower unless they want a cold one.

The rooms were beautifully updated and spotless. The location was great and my daughter LOVED the kid-friendly pools. We enjoyed entertainment and music at the poolside bar/restaurant. I would definately recommend this place and we plan to return. My only complaint was room service. We ordered breakfast and it was an hour late, so the food was cold. They gave us a free coke to make up for it?? I would rather have hot food or a discount then a soda. It took two days to get someone to come back after the tray/dirty dishes. When we sat it in the hall for pick-up, the housekeeper left us a warning card about things in the hallway. For the price and service, I wouldn't recommend ordering food at the hotel. Other then that-great condo!

The pool atmosphere. The Beach lounge chairs in lobby were sandy. Beautiful entrance, clean and green pool, fun bar atmosphere, Starbucks coffee a plus!

Beautiful rooms good ocean view, liked the bar outside. You had to go from one hotel to another to check in and out. It was a very beautiful place to stay but when we got to the room there was dirty food dishes in the room soI called but nobody came to get them soI went to the front desk and told the lady so she gave us in a different room and when we got to it , it didn't have any drying towels and we asked three times to get some towels the last time was about 11:30 pm. Other than thatI enjoyed staying there and would stay again in the future.

The presentation, location and cleanliness. The hot water supply was very limited. Plus, there were no ice machines on the floor I stayed on, I had to go to the lobby. While the overall stay at the hotel, parking, cleanliness, presentation, etc., were all wonderful. The hot water was not plentiful, it ran out after about a 10 minute shower, which for a room with multiple occupants is a problem. Also, the fact there was no ice machine on the floor was odd. Perhaps it is because there are some more permanent residence where we were, people who wouldn't need an ice machine, but the hot water issue was not acceptable.

The view and location on beach were very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Worst food we've ever eaten, we were the only ones in the restaurant and paid a lot for inedible food, it was all terrible!

Very nice lobby. I did not like their guest room at the Royal palms (room designed strictly for a handicapped person) There was no couch and not what I expected. I would rate this hotel very poor because of the bad room that I was placed in. My wife complained the whole time we were there about the accommodations which made the stay even more unbearable. I don't envision staying there again or recommending it to anyone.

It was beautiful and right in front of the beach. The room was quite tiny for the price. I really enjoyed my stay, the room was too small and you had to bend over the balcony and look to your right to see the ocean. Other than those two things I enjoyed my time there.

The accommodations were good, but the health club/tennis facility were very good. The beach view that I requested was a partial view at best and the balcony and furniture was not clean and attractive. This is not a four star resort. That said, the room was clean and comfortable, if small. One major complaint is the noise associated with the air conditioning unit; very loud and intrusive. The location is good and the beach is not crowded with plenty of room to spread out. Forget the pool area unless you like very loud music and large crowds. Overall, better than average hotel.

The hotel was located in the classier section, slightly tucked away and off the beaten path, which was great! You could see the ocean & beach from our room but it wasn't a full-on ocean view. The hotel was top-notch, very classy. The decor was great and the rooms were just a nice and very clean - which is a plus! The bathroom was super-spacious and although we didn't opt for the luxury lines, the bedding was extremely comfortable. My only complaint was not having the full ocean view, even though the ocean was easy to see from our balcony. Lastly, it took no time to reach Broadway by the Beach, which is one of our favorite spots - we'll stay here again!

The rooms had very nice layouts and ocean views. Management was trite. Overall the hotel stay was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very accommodating and very clean. The ocean views were very nice as well.

Beautiful hotel - very new. Not a very good view of the ocean. The hotel is connected to the Hilton by a long corridor and although the Palms had a desk of sorts, you had to go to the Hilton for any questions or to talk to concierge or the desk. No one to help us with our bags, either since the handlers stayed at the Hilton and no one was at the Royale Palms.

Location along with access to shopping /food/ entertainment. View from the room, was described as ocean view. Had to lean out balcony to see ocean. The resort itself was nice, with easy access, and close to the attractions we were interested in. The room was very small and did not have an attractive view of the beach/ocean. Our main view was the Hilton meeting rooms adjacent to our section.

The hotel was very luxurious and comforting. There is nothing that I disliked about the hotel. This hotel is very beautiful, romantic, and comforting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The scenery on the balcony is very calming.

Very comfortable and clean. In a nice quiet location. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. We loved the room and the area. It is a little bit away from the main attractions but we liked that. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful and it had a beautiful view.
