Not five starThe hotel is a good location and the staff were polite. The room was small, there was a lot of street noise at night. The hotel is far from being a five star!!

The hotel location was great! Casino and club was right across the street. The staff was very friendly and were accommodating. The only complaints I have is the minibar is not complimentary. I thought it was (it should be for the price of the hotel) but the staff did not hesitate to help us out with adjusting the price of the minibar! The rooms were small but comfortable! If you want a slightly bigger room I suggest an upgrade for 39 euros more :)

I stay at the Royal Windsor regularly because of its convenient location, excellent service and quality food. Highly recommended.

This was not the hotel of the pictures. The rooms were very small, the hotel was noisy and the beds were like rocks! They could not find our reservation but found us space when we provided a copy of the reservation. The staff seemed very unhappy we were there. The breakfast buffet was 27 Euros or $34 dollars. Really! Not worth it. I would not chose to stay here again - there must be better places in Brussels.

This hotel is in an excellent location! The staff was very polite from the moment we checked in and the concierge was kind enought to recommend and make a dinner reservation at a fabulous restaurant for us. At 27 euro per person, the hotel breakfast was quite pricey. Thank goodness for the buy one get one free voucher that we received at check-in. I recommend asking for one if you don't automatically receive it, as the buffet was fabulous and worth a visit. The hotel room was very nice, a little small but comfortable, and the bathroom could use a little updating. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again.

The overall stay was good due to the great staff as well as location and breakfast. I arrived before 9 am, having taken an overnight flight. I was able to check-in with ease. I was initially given a room with a roll-away spare bed, in addition to the regular bed. 5 minutes later, I was moved down the hall due to the hotel's mistake. The room was good but the lighting was rather dim due to 4 light bulbs out in the bathroom and elsewhere. I brought this to the hotel's attention and it was duly fixed. While a non-smoking room, I did smell smoke coming in via the ventilation system. I'm not sure how you can fix that. The staff were very friendly and responded to my concerns whenever raised. I was loaned an umbrella as it was rainy and the complimentary city bus tour pass was nice and appreciated. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. The bed was wonderful and the bathroom more than sufficient. Check-out was easy.

I went to Brussels for aviation meetings. The hotel's location was perfect and the atmosphere lends itself to meetings and continued collaboration before and after meetings. An abosolute excellent facility, this was the fourth time I stayed at this hotel. The quality is very consistent over time, excellent.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel location was excellent, 100m from Brussels Central Station and just 100m from the Grance Place and many bars and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Room was fine if a little bit ordinary. Bathroom needed an overhaul. Avoided breakfast as I just wanted something simple . Very friendly and helpful staff however so a pleasant stay

Matches the standards one would expect of an international hotel in a capital city.Clean and comfortable well equipped room,if a little on small size.Excellent location with good but expensive overnight parking.

The hotel was perfectly placed for exploring The Grand Place and the surrounding area, as it was just about 1 minutes walk to The Grand Place. We had a room overlooking the back of the hotel and found this very quiet in the evenings. The rooms were air conditioned, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The room staff were very friendly, and the reception staff were very helpful. We only stayed for 2 nights, but wished we had stayed longer. Also able to get BBC TV, how fab, didn't miss Jonathan Ross - what more could a girl ask for! Would also say that it was a very short walk (3-4 minutes) from the Central Station to the hotel. Central being one stop from Midi, the terminal for Eurostar, it was exceptionally convenient.

Excellent location just off Grand Place, easy parking under hotel, within 1 mins walk of many bars and restaurants, near to train station, excellent choice for breakfast, non smoking in all public areas, - very nice!

Very close to the main square so well located. Good standard of hotel although more of a luxurious business class rather than good quality leisure hotel

Welcome a bit cold and breakfast very expensive and disappointing. On the opposite, food at the Chutney's Bar was great and service very friendly. The hotel is ideally situated near the Grande Place yet very peaceful and parking immediately available, which is very convenient. To be recommended to visitors.
