Spot onFriendly staff, clean room, good location direct from Gare du Nord and near the montparnasse tower, happy with the VFM. Refurbishment work is completed and posher rooms are available for an extra 20 EURO when you get there. Didn't see them so can't comment.

The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. The Hotel location was only about a half hour walk to the Eiffel tower but it was also close to two Metro stations, one being Montparnasse, a major interchange. The free Internet was very convenient. The rooms were well furnished and clean but not very large and unfortuantely the shower pressure and temperature wasn't the greatest but apparently this is the case for most of Paris, other than that it was a very good hotel.

The location is good with close access to Montparnase. The bathroom in the room was great but the room itself was a little small but ok. For the breakfast is better to get some food at the close by braseries instead of eating at the hotel. The pricing is "let's say Paris", however it could have been lower as the hotel do not offers that much.

Room was very small but I suppose to be expected in the centre of Paris. Location fantastic. Bathroom clean and modern. Renovations to lobby and stairs underway while we were there which made carting luggage to and from the room a bit tricky. Had to move furniture around in the room so that we could fit both suitcases in!

This hotel is under renovation which is not stated on the website. The reception area has temporarily relocated to the first floor and access to the lift is not available. You have to lug your bags up a narrow and dangerous set of stairs to get to reception. The hotel lift when you get to it is tiny. The hotel is tired dirty and dated and does not deserve any star rating. No one should stay at this hotel until it is renovated and reassessed. A complete waste of money. Laterooms should have an obligation to ensure basic information such as renovations in progress and the standard of the hotel are accurate.

We took advantage of the last minute offer of Euro 105/night. Good deal at that price for lovely boutique (though small) rooms although did not include breakfast. Very well located to metro. and on the same metro line as the Gare du Nord if you are arriving via Eurostar.

Very nice hotel and excellent location, walking distance to The Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Latin Quarter and Notre Dame. Close to many cafes, and near the shops, metro and many buses

Most helpful and friendly receptionist - couldn't wish for better.Room a bit too hot, and bathroom a little bit outdated in decor (brown), but otherwise functional and clean which did the job. Would definitely recommend it, I would certainly stay there again!

We were very pleased with the room and the facilities of the hotel. The location was excellent - between 2 metro stops (on line 4) - and a couple of mins walk to either. Its really easy to get to from the north and east railway stations - dont have to change the line and takes about 15 mins. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel - couple of mins walk either direction. Expect to pay around 8 euros for a beer!! Breakfast in the hotel is 12 euros per person - we did not have - preferred to grab a pain au raisins from the local patiserrie (2 within 1 min walk from hotel) and coffee from Mac Donalds - (1 min from hotel). There is a PC with free internet access or you can pay to use wifi in your room. I would happily stay there again.

Fantastic deal - less than half price. The hotel was close enough to the centre (15 min walk) and right by the Monparnasse Tower. Friendly staff and very clean rooms and communal areas. Highly recommended.

Tastefully modern decor with good sized bed and decent bathroom. The service was friendly and discrete. Great location, but must be said that ist is very much at Montparnasse rather than between that and St Germain!

The staff were incredibly happy to help and nothing was too much, even with my ridiculous amount of luggage.I think that hotel has been recently renovated, the bathroom was spotless and the decor was really chic.I'd recommend this hotel to friends and anyone else wanting a great base for exploring a great city.
