Very adequate nice decor, clean room and polite staff. Lighting was poor in the room, dim lamps. Hotel was worth the price. nice ambiance. Clean, quiet and comfortable. My only issues was that the lighting was poor in the room, only 2 very dim lamps. Continental breakfast was not exactly fresh. But those are minor issues.

What a disappointment! We found 4 spiders in the bed! We think it was from the open window, trying to air out the musty smell. The bathroom was clean. Then the free continental breakfast was a half of a bowl of cut up fruit floating in water, 4 wrapped up muffins and a small plate of semi stale danish. They did have coffee and OJ. We asked the guy at the desk about it and he said it would take over 45 min. to go to the store to get bagels. The price was good w/ a AAA card, it was $89 a night.

Affordable, neat, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. No elevators. This hotel was neat, clean and comfortable. Near to Newport and in a pleasant area.

Price. It smelled andhard beds. Iwouldn't stay here again.

Location. Construction/modifications in our wing of main floor. Room smelled like the prior guests were heavy smokers. The staff did what they could to mask the odor and clean the room before we got there, but the prevalent aroma was disinfectant. The west wing (where we were) was undergoing a re-wiring and plumbing issue so the halls were pretty torn-up. every time we turned off the shower, the whole wing of the inn shook.

Nothing. Worker walked in room with wife in room. Had privacy on the door. He said room was supposed to be empty. Nothing was good. No toilet paper. They said they were out of everything.

The lobby was beautiful. It was dirty; the room was a cube. Although the hotel was convenient to the area I wanted to be close to, it was not up to anyone standards of cleanliness; it also needed to be remodeled.

Very clean facility in a great location. We liked the hotel. I had a conference in Newport, and it was only a few minutes to downtown Newport from the hotel. It was very clean, and the restaurant across the street was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The bed. General appearance. Hotel is located at a main road, noise is a problem; the breakfast room didn't met my expectations, not really clean as I wish.

Affordable and convenient location to downtown Newport. Front desk did not respond whenI called and requested an extra pillow. Standard hotel room. Good affordable alternative to staying in downtown Newport.
