| Hi the Hotel was excellent, good location, only the breakfast was not good at all,the selection was fine if you like asian food in the morning,i have been to phuket many times before, but have to say this was the worst selection of food i have ever had in thailand,so much so that myself and my daughter had to go elswhere for breakfast,Yours Faithfully |

| Pros:- It is located at the centre of the town. Walking Distance- It has a pool that kids would surely be most appealing- The relaxation besides the pool and the ordering of snacks is what my kids enjoyed most- Walking distance to the town and beachCons:- It is very commercialised and the Thais are great opportunist. Chartering of cabs to airport is >100% than the ones that u can get arranged to pick u up from one of those boutique shops. (Tips: Do look out whether they have such services provided pasted on their walls).Comparing the price if I were to get from hotel, they would charge me 1400 baht. But arranging from the boutique, it costs me 600 baht or more. - The water at the beach is no longer as crystal clear as it used to be. They are muddy and the current is much stronger (non-monsoon season) than what it used to be.- The chairs provided at the beach costs about 100 baht each. So, do bring money for the rental.- The lightings along the corridor to your hotel room is too dimmed. - Due to great response, we were not able to get a room in the deluxe. The standard room is still acceptable. Except for the taps in the bathroom. They are either rusty-looking or are very old. It's time for re-renovation.Overall:I would rate it as slightly below average. But if u are always on the go... looking for activities. It is a good value for money hotel. |

| Nice hotel, we took the Delux room on the Paradise wing and it was great.
In the first night we got free upgrade to the suit (as they were out of delux). it is just an amazing suit - if you can afford it :) |

| Most of the staff are absolutely lovely - we had the odd staff memeber working late hours at the desk who werent that helpful, but overall i would say most of the staff were fantastic. The room cleaners were extremely friendly and sweet. The facilities were nice - i would definetely recommend the Royal Wing, rather than the Paradise wing, which is a bit outdated. Location wise, its good for shopping, and its relatively close to the beach, and close to Bangla road too. There is a shuttle at the hotel to the beach which is convenient enough. |

| Only comment I have is that the bath itself looked a little tired but other than it is a great location. First time we have stayed at the hotel even though our 4th time to Phuket and would defiantly look at staying there in the future |

| This hotel is in a great placewith everything at your door step. A short walk to Banglar rd and free shuttle (on the hour) to the beach.
The pool area is great. ABF very good and lots to choose from. We stayed in the high rise, great views but the rooms can smell musty. We had to move after check in to another room and it was fine(little smell). bath leaked but that was no big deal, we liked the staff and location. value for money. I have stayed way further out, payed more and got heaps less for my money. The cooking course was good, one on one with cook and helpers ,my wife and I ate what the Cook and I made $1500 bht
Once renovations are done things should be perfect. Good price |
