Great service, great food, friendly staff, beautiful landscaping. Chief complaint:: could not toss or turn in my bed without hearing a loud squeaky noise.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The staff are friendly, caring and professional. The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of places to sit, relax, talk, enjoy a cool drink. The food is excellent. We stayed in a casita and enjoyed the quiet and the private patio. The spa is world-class. We were also charged a * resort fee on top of our travelocity bill. This includes all tips for valet parking, bellman and housekeeper. The fee saved me the trouble of carrying around a wad of bills to pass out all day. If you are looking for a first-class hotel with great service, an intimate place to relax, you found it. I am now hooked on this type of resort and plan to avoid the glitzy mega resorts in the future.

Royal Palms is a delight! From the Valet Service all the way to the free paper left at the door in the morning, everything at Royal Palms is TOP SHELF! Highly recommended to all!

The room was beautiful, large and very nicely furnished. We had a beautiful patio are. Nothing. We were awakened our first morning by wheel barrels being pushed over bricks in our courtyard. Needless to say, we were not very happy at 6:30 in the morning. We called the customer service line. The front desk manager called us back and offered to move us to a new room. We made the move and later in the afternoon, we received a plate of delicious chocolates and a personal note of apology. What great service!

The only problem we had was our daily room service was not done until 3:30pm every day, which we thought we kind of odd. The maids do not speak english so there was no communication whatsoever, but problems were resolved with the front desk. The hotel itself was gorgeous. If your looking for peace and quiet this is a beautiful place to stay. The scenery of Camelback Mountain was wonderful. The service and food at T Cooks restaurant was spectacular. The pool area was not very large, but enough space to enjoy your day of relaxation. My daughter had a wonderful time at the Alvadora Spa. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was spectacular. Very, very pretty. I will more than likely book another vacation at this site.

Although this property was more suited to guests without small children, they were quick to accommodate the needs of a one year old. This property has a magical feel to it,very "old World" in its architecture but with every amenity at ones disposal.

I have never stayed at a more memorable place. Everything from the decor to the food to the aroma of the flowers will always stay in my mind. I will definitely return next year.

No complaints, overall an outstanding stay. I loved the historical ambiance especially with the overlay of efficient airconditiong in midsummer. T Cook's on sight restuarant is outstanding, but for a perfect dining experience go to Kai's at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass on Pima reservation land. There are no outside eating places within reasonable walking distance of the hotel, but plenty just a short drive away.

I will keep it short. Nice resort, nicely decorated, great pool, very friendly and helpful staff. And best of all, it is reasonably priced. Had a great breakfast as well. Unbelievably comfortable bed.

My sister and I were at the Royal Palm as a birthday celebration and right from the start, the staff was so generous and celebratory. The service from the staff was top notch and very personal and attentive. My only complaint is that the room we were given was near the air conditioning unit of some sort and a bit noisy from the bedroom and I didn't get any cell reception in the room, but besides that it was one of the best vacation/stays I have had in an extremely long time. I hope to stay there again in the future.

We chose the Royal Palms for privacy and romance and were wonderfully rewarded. The room was very spacious and the bed was the most comfortable one we've ever slept in. The staff was attentive and cheerful, and the service was excellent. However, the best thing about the Royal Palms is its landscaping. There are a myriad of paths to wander on on a warm summer's night, and during the day the flowers are many and beautiful and add to an all over great landscaping design.

Valet service was great, the food is way overpriced. The hotel added a $25.00 per day surcharge (above and beyond our price on Orbitz)that we were totally unaware of and quite upset with.

What a beautiful hotel! Just walking from the reception to our rooms(with our friendly and informative staff guy)we passed through sheltered arcades and garden paths flanked with lush and varied flowers and various, beguiling lounging possibilities. The staff was inevitably charming and helpful, appearing when you wanted them but never in the way. There's a great spa, a nice pool, a super restaurant and always plenty to do. I heartily recommend this place to all.

My husband and I stayed at the Royal Palms for a romantic, intown anniversary getaway. This is the place for a romantic weekend! The hotel is GORGEOUS with lush landscaping and beautifully appointed rooms. I seriously felt like a rockstar with the service! The bellman practically fall all over themselves to help you with EVERYTHING, and the cabana staff is amazing as well. I was so impressed with how well the staff members remembered our names and the reason for our stay! We stayed in a wonderful room! Very comfortable bed, great flatscreen TV with a superstocked minibar. The bathroom is also nicely sized, with a GREAT shower! We were very impressed, and we are fairly well traveled... I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This was our first trip for my husband and I in ten years...that is, one without children! We absolutely LOVED the hotel! Not only was the Resort BEAUTIFUL, it was very peaceful and by far the best service we ever received! All staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. The resort had one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten in (HAVE to try their Lobster Tortellini) and there were plenty of beautiful golf courses nearby! We will definitely go back next year!

The best hotel I've ever visited! The staff was the freidliest and most attentive, ever! I never left the resort in the four days of my stay. Would definitely go back and highly recommend to those who want to relax in luxury and be pampered!

My friend and I left the menfolk behind for a girls weekend and the hotel lived up to all our expectations. Even though the resort is only 7 miles from the airport, we felt like we were in another world. The grounds are beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We both got massages and the spa is wonderful, including outdoor showers. We spent a LOT of quality time by the pool and were impressed that the hotel and spa staff would come find us there to deliver messages, including a change to our spa appointments. The only downside was that it seemed like the poolside staff could have been more attentive. They brought water when we first arrived, but it was tough to catch them again to get refills of water or order food or drinks from the bar. Outside of that, we had a fabulous time and would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a very friendly, relaxed environment. Very few children. Very elegant and more formal of a vacation. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Extremely helpful. The pool is quite small so it did get crowded around the pool deck on the weekend. The resort was hosting a wedding so a bit more crowded than usual.
