The swimming pool with the tropical garden. We stayed two days in Bangkok and we appreciated the situation of the hotel in the center of the city. You can make a lot of sightseeing tours by boat directly from the hotel pier. After the sightseeing you can relax at the wonderful swimming pool.

I believe all the rooms have a view of river. Nice rooms. Clean and simple. Free internet at the business center. They will even get you drinnks. Hotel has it's own ferry to connect up to the Skytrain and the river boats. I wish the hotel was closer to the business centers, but it's great if you are on a honeymoon or attending a convention at the hotel. Location is in old business area, so don't expect to find lots of tourist shops or restaurants outside. There's a skywalk that connects to the shopping center(basically contains art stores) next door that also has an ATM on the outside the complex. Staff at the hotel was very accomodating.

Fantastic river views, nice complementary breakfast. A bit of a language problem with staff, but this is true of any place in Thailand as the language is so different from English. We wanted a nice retreat while in the big, dirty city of Bangkok, and this hotel certainly provided it for us. We upgraded our room to include laundry service and a light dinner & drinks in the PM, and stayed on the top floor. Beds were great, complimentary fruit was nice, and the view was incredible.

Nice river view from the room.Nice lobby and hotel bar.Restaurants are great, but expensive.Hotel ferry to the Skytrain terminal.Area outside hotel is so-so.Short taxi ride to bars/shopping.Free internet terminals at business center.Friendly staff.

Roaches in our executive suite!! They moved us to a suite on a higher floor, on day 2 we saw a roach walking across the floor. Please hear me: these roaches were comfortable, walking around like they didn?t have to worry about dying. There was moldy grout in the old marble tiles in the bathroom. The views were incredible. Which was it?s best feature. However, the hotels on the river attract the Tourist Harassers
