Very good location,short walk to the mall yet in the peaceful surrounds of the botanical gardens.Staff are helpful,in all totally enjoyed my stay & will stay there again next trip to Brisbane.

This is a four and a half star hotel with a full size swimming pool, right on the park! Only drawback is about 10 minute walk up to Queen Street, but the free City Loop bus comes by every 10 minutes to move you up and down the hill. Excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is in a lovely position right across from the Botanic Gardens, however we had a room on the 7th floor and were woken in the early hours by street cleaning bins being emptied etc. The Hotel were very good and moved our room across the corridor to the front of the building but the traffic noise even on the 7th floor is disturbing. Secondary double glazing might help! Don't stay here if you need a good night's rest! Staff were very helpful though.

The room was pleasent Toilet too close to wall for a larger person TV reception was bad but all in all a very pleasant stay. Just a very short stroll to shops pubs and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Garden Park facing rooms very noisy from traffic throughout the night especially early morning. Excellent restaurant for evening meals.

Great service at Sea food Buffet on the Saturday night food fresh and tasty. Staff very helpful Valette parking extreamly helpful in that our quests required close parking.. it was no problem

I only stayed overnight but found the location pleasant and would have enjoyed walking in the Botanic Gardens if I had had more time. Room service very prompt and generous sized portions. Bathroom functional but did actually have a bath.Would be happy to stay there again.

This hotel is in a good position overlooking the park and river. Only a couple of blocks to walk up to the city centre. Excellent room and good facilities - plus a good firm bed which is always a bonus to someone with a bad back! also good car parking which they don't charge an arm and a leg for! We'd definitely stay there again.
