Luxurious apartment (sleeps 4) in the historic Royal Mile of Edinburgh. It is only minutes away from the famous Edinburgh Castle and has Holyrood Palace at the bottom of the road. Princes Street, local attractions and transport facilities are all within easy walking distance.The accommodation comprises lovely dining lounge with great views into the Royal Mile and large widescreen digital TV and broadband internet, DVD, CDRadio and guidebooksmovies. The fitted kitchen has all appliances inc washerdrier, fridgefreezer, microwave and is self catering with complimentary teacoffee. The master bedroom and twin bedroom have freshly laundered linentowels included and an ironhairdrier are provided also. The bathroom has a bath and shower as well.

Excellent choiceA lovely apartment - fantastic location, comfortable and filled with little extras. Landlord was great - really helpful and full of tips and advice for seeing Edinburgh. I'd highly recommend it!

Location, Location, LocationThe clue is in the title! This apartment was right on the Royal Mile, very easy to find and ideal for a weekend stop over. The customer service was excellent, very good communication and it was lovely to be met at the door and shown around. The apartment is compact but has everything you could possibly need. The second bedroom with two singles is a trifle snug but entirely adequate. The main bedroom is a good size. We all slept very well (albeit aided by a very small amount of alcohol). We would definitely come back again!

Excellent place to stay..Very central. Free on-street parking from 18.30-8.30 just opposite. Nicely furnished apartment with everything we needed.

Royal Apartments was a fantastic find! Amazing location ( on the royal mile!) and more space than what we expected! We were a group of girls on a night out in Edinburgh and I really dont think we could've found a better place.

Thought the apartment was ok. Value for money as we did not pay full price, but would not have paid any more than the £150 it cost. The floors were not clean, and there was not enough cutlery, but we were eating out so it did not matter too much... But it would have if we had paid full price. Location wise it was perfect for us - right in the heart of Edinburgh. And we had good service from Armando who came to meet us.

This is a lovely self catering first floor apartment with a view over the Royal Mile. The apartment is clean and neat and spacious. We received a friendly welcome by the host right on time and had all the information we needed at hand.

Location, location, location! Absolutely bang, smack in the middle of the Royal Mile! We could happily have sat at the windows and watched the world go by for the whole of our stay. We were met by the apartment's owner who was very friendly and had some good tips and had also laid out provisions for a continental breakfast too. The apartment was furnished with everything you could possibly need - would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We booked apartment as a surprise for our friend (and ourselves) as part of hen night celebrations. Apartment is compact but lovely and met all expectations - finished to quite a high standard. The second room is very small with no window, wardrobes etc - just big enough to fit two single beds in. But if it is just a place to crash, then it's fine. The best thing about the apartment was the location - great being so central to everything. We all stay in and around Edinburgh, but it was lovely just being able to walk everywhere and not have to worry about taxis home. We loved it so much we are considering booking it again (or similar) for a two night stay later in the year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Mile Apartment. Sadly we were there on business and not able to spend a huge amount of time in the apartment, but we were certainly very comfortable when there. The apartment was clean and well equipped and we were made very welcome. I really hope to be able to enjoy this apartment later in the year - a great place to be during the festival months.

The apartment was in a fantastic location in central Edinburgh making access to the many tourist sites very easy. The apartment itself is very well laid out and has a contemporary yet homely feel. Communication and organisation from our host Armando was excellent, and I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The apartment location is fantastic and centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the Castle, Whisky musem and train station, the representative Sheila was very helpful and well done to the house keeping - the apartment was very clean as per 4 star standards. The only really disapointing thing were the bedrooms furniture - compare the nice furnished living room and kitchen , the bedrooms were furnished with the most cheap furniture, which you do not expect to see really when you book a 4 star luxury apartment, even for a 1 nt stay! But in general, it was a very nice stay - thank you to Sheila and the house keeping! :)
