Basketball net and restaurant in walking distance. Unfriendly clerk and dirtiness. I would only recommend this place to an enemy. It was dirty and moldy. When we told the clerk she said don't you think we know about the rooms, it is our business you know and there's nothing in the rooms that will really hurt you, it's just a little mold. Totally outrageous!

This motel is nicely located in victor NY off the road setting but in a very quite but near plenty of shopping just ten minutes away, Starbuck?s Coffee. Just a hop, skip, and jump from Burger King, Wendy?s and Denny?s Family Restaurant. The rooms are nicely decorated newly painted, very clean, first story rooms upfront parking. It seems like you are the only one staying at the motel, even tho you can see other people you don?t hear them. You don?t have to worry about the little things with your stay just need to sit back and enjoy a little of natures relaxation. And at no extra cost.

Each room has its own door outside. There is no central hall. This is a family owned and operated hotel and thus has less income to use for attractiveness, etc. The room we had (each room has its door to the outside, not to a central hall) was clean, but looked worn. It was impossible to not track snow everywhere in the room, and it never did get very warm in there. We did not feel comfortable there and moved to a different hotel the next night. I was surprised how much they charged us for our room.
