Pros: Above average location - walking distance to Ximen MRT (10mins) and easy to get to the various sights, near to Ximenting shopping areas and Ah Zong Mian Xian =)staff are friendly, clean room, water dispenser in the room. Cons: Bed hard like rock, no windows in the room, staff uncertain with bus service, Freego bus to airport late for more than half an hr and hotel was unable to provide alternative - at least they provided refund when asked.. No comments: On meals - No breakfast provided Overall: Look for other hotels with more comfortable bed and windows in the rooms.

Excellent service,location not too bad,room small but cosy and very clean. If you want to stay 5 mins away from the noisy ximenting,you can try this hotel.

nice cheap hotel near ximending but our room had no windows. room pretty small, facilities a bit old but worthy for the price it was.

Generally good and clean except without windows; thus no natural ventilation, made us feel we are closetted in a prison cell and didn't give a comfortable feel. Quad room sufficient for four. Very handy to have a drink dispenser in the room unlike other hotels. Room service is excellent. Location is very good as it is three blocks away from the busy Ximending shopping area and MRT station. Would recommend to all budget visitors.

A perfect hotel for budget travellers. The rooms rates are really cheap considering it's prime location in Ximending. However, it's sister hotel Rainbow Hotel will prove to be more convenient in terms of location. Nevertheless, it is a mere 5 minute walk from Ximending and there's a convenience stall next to the hotel for you to get all the quick bites you need. The hotel staff were very friendly, and professional in their service. No doubt the hotel may look old and shabby, it was extremely cosy and we spent 5 nights there!

The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaner number 9 even go the extra mile to give us extra hangers to hang our wet laundry in the toliet without us requesting. :))

Good for the budget traveller. Small but clean room. Close to Ximen MRT station and Ximending shopping and food area. Would definitely consider staying again at this hotel.

Good service and location. Currently, room has adsl connection. Would be better if it has wifi instead. Bed and pillows are too soft though. Overall, its good and freego bus stops near the hotel.

The room comes along with a hot/cold water dispenser. Though it isn't very big, but the room is cosy enough for 2 pax. The hotel isn't located at the heart of XimenDing, but is still within walking distance (less than 5mins if you know the shortcut). Fastfood restaurant (KFC), cinema, convience stores (7-11), eateries are all located near the hotel too! It's not a bad choice afterall! =)
