My wife and I stayed here in June 2009. We usually stay at 4 or 5 star hotels but decided to stay here based on other reviews. We were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality and warmth from the owners of the hotel. The service and included breakfast turned what would be a 2 star hotel into a 4 star hotel at minimum. Since we stayed here during the summer, I can imagine that the hotel is very cozy during winter as its close to ski slopes and the to Alps and to Interlaken West train station. It has a great location and the owners are very helpful in advising what activities to do with your amount of time.

A really friendly family run hotel in an excellent location a couple of minutes walk from Interlaken West station. Comfortable, if small, rooms that are spotlessly clean, with stunning views of the mountains.

Good location, free car parking for guests, friendly staff and good breakfast. It's a pity that double bed is two separated single beds.

It's a wonderful hotel for ppl on budget. Clean, close to all attractions, comfortable beds. The person at concierge is always willing to help. Infact, he has been a tremendous help for our stay in interlaken. If you buy the train ticket to jungfraujoch from him, it's also a bit cheaper than at train station. Would definitely stay there again when returning

A superb hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accomodating - including letting us into the hotel when arriving at 6am when the hotel only opens at 7am. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Charming, very friendly hotel in a quiet spot in the old part of Interlaken. Staff were most welcoming and courteous. Not a business hotel but all the better for that.

The owner of the hotel is really friendly and helpful, you'll feel like staying at home. Location is good, quite close to the railway station. I'll definitely go back for another holiday. Room 15 guest
