We usually don't stay at such a nice facility. We were overwhelmed with the luxurious amenities. A magnificent place. You won't go wrong staying here. Great access to Disney, Universal, Sea World, I-4, etc.

It is a beautiful hotel. The service was very nice and not at all mean. The ballroom was awsome but the dance floor is not that good. Me and my 4 kids loved it and we will definatly go again. Also the rooms are very clean. The beds are also nice and comfterbal. The resturant was pricy but not that bad. You will need a car 'cause things are a little far away (not walking distances at least). I didn't like the fact that you have to pay for parking but the rest was preety nice.

Nice; you'll pay top tier for EVERYTHING (including wireless and gym). A bit too far to walk to anything. Fine if you have a car and/or a fat wallet.

This is the second time I stayed at this location and love it. The prices at the store and high but considering the hotel they seem to be in line with other quality resorts. It is always very clean, well maintained. The front desk staff will do anything at all to help you out and make your stay Fantastic!

This is not the first year that our reunion has been held at Shingle Creek. They have really learned over the years to handle the large crowds efficiently. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are comnfortable and clean with a great view. The meeting areas including the ballrooms are very nice. The dance floor in the ballroom was not great. The many seating areas and lobbies allow for relaxation or visiting in small groups when the large groups are overwhelming. I really love that there is a nature trail. I would love it to be longer but it is a start. I also like that the hotel is making attempts to be green. The only downside was that they were not careful about items charged to rooms. When my son charged something to our room he didn't remember the room number and apparently they charged it to someone with the same last name. It turned out to be my daughter's room but she had to go through the process to get the charge removed. Luckily I am honest and went and paid the charge. It is kind of scary that you can be charged randomly for someone else's charges. They need to have a better or tighter system for guaranteeing that the person has charging priveleges for the room being billed. Otherwise I love the hotel and enjoy the annual reunion much more since it was moved to Shingle Creek.

excellent hotel great value for money very big loads of facilities, breakfast a little pricey but overall a super hotel. We only stayed for one nite but would stay longer next time. A bit away from i drive so a car is necessary.

Rosen Shingle Creek is an extremely nice hotel. The room was fabulous, very clean and well-appointed, with a big flat panel TV, granite countertops in the bathroom, great bedding, central air/heat. Had a beautiful view of the golf course. Very luxurious for the (got a great deal on the travel website). It is in a great location for doing either DIsney, Universal, or the great shopping in Orlando. Nice seclusion from the hustle and bustle of I-Drive, but just moments away from it. Downsides are the LONG walk from the parking lot (almost a mile), and the long walk from the elevator to the room (1/4 mile). The hotel is HUGE, that is the reason for this. They also charge 8 for this inconvenient parking. Valet is 18. This seems to be the case with all the Rosens and I find that obnoxious.

This was by far the coolest hotel I have even seen...let alone stayed in. As soon as we walked up to check in we were upgrade to a suite with no extra charge. It had capacity for 78 people if that gives you an idea of how big it was. This is a beautiful place to stay and only minutes from the airport and attractions. It took us four days to discover all the things there were just inside the hotel...restaurants, shops, lounges... stay there...you will not be disappointed.

I tagged along with my boyfriend on a business trip and luckily we stayed at this hotel. It was beautiful. During the day, I spent hours by the pool and every 10-15 minutes, a waiter would come by to see if I needed anything. Prices in the restaurants and convenient store / deli are quite high, but nothing out of the ordinary for a place of this quality. The room was very comfortable, the restaurants and bars were all nice, and I really loved walking the nature trail surrounding the hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing. You don't need to leave the grounds to have a complete Florida vacation. I love that. We are coming back!

Our overall stay was great. The Hotel was very much an all purpose place. It is located close to everything. This may seem trivial, but they need a built in bottle opener in each room. Great breakfast buffet.

Beautiful hotel, spacious and well kept grounds, pools, fountains, and golf course, nature trail. Publix suprermarket across the street. Parking is a bit of a walk although there is valet parking for $18.00 per day ( why charge for parking @ a 4 star hotel?) overall a pleasant experience woud have no problem returning.

I was here for a conference. The place is beautiful and service excellent and friendly. I would gladly stay here with my kids but I did not get a chance to see if there are any kids activities

The Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel and resort was more than I expected. The rooms were very comfortable and the amenities were all that we needed. We had a wonderful view of the golf course and the Orlando Skyline. The golf course was in great shape and very well maintained. The staff in all areas (hotel, restaurants, golf course) were very customer oriented. We lookk forward to our next stay at Rosen Shingle Creek when we return to the area.

We stayed 6 nights around Christmas. The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are good size. Pools are very clean. Services are ok, but not great. We arrived around 8pm with children. I wanted to take my luggage with me so I can get the children to bed. But they will not allow me to use the cart. So I waited half an hour for it. Nothing show up. Went down stairs, it's still where it was. Had to drag everything up without the cart. Wish they make things like that more friendly for people.

We had a great time at Shingle Creek. The hotel is beautiful and has everything. We had plans to go to a water park and decided to stay at the hotel instead. There are 3 pools, restaurants, Starbucks, and a 24 hr market. Great choice we will stay again.

The Rosen Shingle Creek was everything and more than what I had heard about it. The facility and staff were great. I could not believe it when I got the room rate for our stay. Best place we have ever stayed. My wife said that now she was spoiled.
