Was a very good stay for 10 days with my family

My son and I stayed for one night to try a new place. We go to Disny a lot and were not to happy with the place that we stayed in the past. The price was nice and the hotel and staff were the best. The room had granite sink tops,glasses instead of plastic cups. We ckecked in in the afternoon and got in late at night so we slept in and it was very,very quiet in the room.The Back stage bar was set up nice with a good stage for the band and lights. The house band was real good,and as a musician good music means a lot to me.I really didn't expect to find that good of quality of music in a hotel bar.The bar tenders were interesting also with the little tricks they did.I came to this hotel to seek out a new place to stay while in orlando and I found it.And a plus for me is I don't have to go anywhere but to the bar to here good music at night

Staff is WONDERFUL! Left my cell phone in the cab and the hotel got it back for me! Wish they had better dining options, but there are several places to eat close by. Trying to stay there again for vacation!

The Rosen was very clean and comfortable. I did like the fact the bathroom vanity was separate from the bathroom. The location was excellent and the 24 hours cafe was very convenient. The only issue we had was the battery failure on the door card system and was locked out for 30 minutes until a manager was able to open the door. The next day, had the same issue until I voiced my opinion and then the matter was resolved.

It was a great experience, everything in order, the place was beautiful, near almost all attractions of Orlando, the attendance was great, the room was perfect, it was more than I expect it. I think it was a great choice... I recommend it.

The hotel staff, room, bedding were all top notch. Everything was very clean. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. It was a pleasure to stay there.

We happened to get this beautiful hotel at a great rate for Christmas. The bed was confortable, the room spotless, the employees friendly and even though it appeared to be busy it was very quiet at night. Great location for eatting and getting to the parks. Would go there again in a second.

Hotel is in a really good condition. Hotel is very spacious, a lot of conference rooms for business purposes, a very big pool, giant lobby & plenty of parking. Another words, it is made to accommodate lots of travelers. We got a room with king-size bed. It was huge, with dining table for 8, 4 arm-chairs & coffee table, kitchen, 2 windows + king-size bed. Everything was very clean. A lot of things were recently upgraded. Excellent service & close to everything on I-Drive, Sea World & Universal. Free shuttle service & I-Drive trolley stops right by the hotel.

This hotel is OK. But it is far from Disneyworld, and shuttle bus is $32/day. And it is not easy to get a taxi.

For the $ it was a great hotel for us. Many wonderful shops and restaurants across the street. 24 hour shop/deli. 2 restaurants on location. Very very comfy beds. Did not have a frig which for families is nice but you may have been able to get one for a fee. We did not look into this.

No complaints with the hotel. Room was kept clean & tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant & bar service good. Pool area was also kept clean & tidy. Nothing of note that disturbed us and we would recommend the hotel to friends & family. Definitely,value for money.

The Rosen Plaza was a great hotel to stay at. Everyone was very helpful with information about activities to do in the Orlando area. The Shingles golf course was very,very nice...highly recommend playing there. Overall experience was great...would stay again.

All experiences were good. Desk personnel helpful. Parking attendant helpful. Room up-to-date, clean, onsite food very good, multiple sources for dining onsite, located adjacent to Convention Center. Don't confuse Rosen Plaza and Rosen Center; they're not the same. Basic internet access was an additional $9.95 per day. Overall, very good.

I usally stay in hotel for two months each year, this hotel is worst one I stayed. We were planning to stay this hotel for seven days. When my son took shower in the morning, he found out we don't have towels in bathroom, I called guess service, we got towel in five minutes, it's acceptable. Then I boiled caffee and ready to pour caffee in the mug, however, we did not see any coffee mugs, I called guess service, it took 15 min to deliver the mugs. Then guess service called me for follow up, which was good, however, she said, I should call them yesterday for the towels and mugs, I said, I did not ask extra, I just ask what your room suppose to put in, she said, still, you needed to call yesterday, during the conversation, she said so many times, she could not understand what I am talking, but I know, my english is good enough to be understand. At end of conversation, she used nasty tone said, have a nice day!, it's really make me very upset, I had reported to the manager, then VP of hotel called me and made apolozied. Anyway, I am not going to stay this hotel anymore in the future. Hotel management is not proffessinal. Hotel service is not good, attitute is not aceptable.

My mother and I were pleased with the accommodations. It was very clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. We enjoyed the band at BB Kings located right across the street at Point of Orlando. We wish the club in the Hotel was opened, however it was closed and the reservationist did not inform us nor was there any signs on the doors. The sign was up with times of when it would be opened. When I mentioned this to the manager, he apologized and gave me his card to assure that when we stayed again to contact him for a discount on our meal at the Restaurant in the Hotel. I was very pleased with the customer service at the Rosen Plaza. We will definitely stay here again and refer others.
