The hote was great & the staff was even better. My son asked for a room on the top floor with a view, & they made it happen. An incredible deal @ $49.99 per night! Be advised that this is a big hotel, with alot of convensions. It was crowded at the pool, alot of drunks, but well worth it.

This room was very comfortable. I read other reviews about the long walk from the parking garage, and to us it was not an issue. We wanted a king instead of two full beds which was not a problem.

The room had a musty smell that did not go away even after the a/c was on for a while. It was coming from the shower and did not go away the whole time. The service was great, but I would compare the room to a much cheaper hotel mostly because of the smell.

The price was great for the quality of hotel, for us the dinning options were too expensive, with young children and spending much of our time at Seaworld/Aquatica, one was too expensive. Overall a very nice hotel, and a great price.

While the hotel was in a great central location for my purchase and the price I got from Orbitz was fantastic at $49.00 a night, the walls between the rooms are so thin that you will hear all the conversations of your neighbors. Couple the walls with the hotel 7AM morning staff using radios, knocking on doors, housekeepers pushing their carts down the hallways and continous slamming of doors makes for a very noisy hotel. In addition, the bathrooms are not indictative to that of a 4 star hotel. While I now have stayed at all the Rosen hotels in Orlando, I would not recommend the Rosen Centre. If you like the Rosen family of hotels as a group, I would recommend the Rosen Shingle any day of the week. Or, if you like the area of the Rosen, go across the street to the Peabody.

Front desk was friendly and easy to deal with, when a problem arose with my room, the operator was not helpful, but when I went to the front desk, they were able to accomodate my request. Hotel is located near the Convention Center and makes for an easy walk to the Center

Ultra thin walls and loud door slamming. Even if people next door would not have been fighting, the loud door slamming would keep you up.

We stayed five days doing christmas week. The check in was simple and easy. Stayed on the 24 floor. The veiw was awsome!!! The bed was very comfortable!!!!! The only withdrawl was the unexpected five dollars a day parking fee!!!

Excellent!!! The hotel is beautiful, excellent location ... we traveled with a child an two babies and got a lot of help from the staff .... Best hotel to go with kids!!!

I left something in my room, I knew exactly what drawer it was in and security refused to go look for it even between guests staying in the room (I called them within 24 hours of my checking out). They couldn't even be bothered to keep a record of the report, so I had to explain the situation from the beginning each time I called.I can't remember the last time I've had such callous and careless service at a hotel. I'll never be back.

Staff very nice and helpful, room was clean and recently updated, nice pool and 2 hot tubs. Convenient just off I4 and the turnpike (no endless stop lights on I-drive!! Great value for the price which was half off their advertised rates, and no hidden fees. Parking was $6 per day extra.

Just there for 1 night, but the accommodations were nice. They couldn't find our Orbitz confirmation which was a bit frustrating and time consuming, but the 2nd counter check-in staff was helpful and found it after a few minutes. Concierge was helpful but don't take their advice on a good Mexican restaurant.

Not a bad stay. It was clean. The lobby is fancy and that's it. Otherwise it's just an average hotel. The location is excellent...minutes to Seaworld and Universal Studios. I would stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the small cafe in the lobby area was reasonable, and an accommodation was made for us to move closer to the elevator due to having an elderly guest in the room. The attendant apologized profusely for having given us a room far from the elevator even though he had no idea we had a guest with a physical challenge. Mention this up front if you think walking might be a problem. Also, valet parking is complimentary for guests with physical disabilities, but this was not mentioned to us and we self-parked. Finally, this hotel is indeed adjacent to the Convention Center; however, our conference was much further down the road - wish we had known that. The Convention Center complex is huge.

This hotel was great if you were planning on attending a convention, or will be visiting the attractions off international. However, our visit was to visit Disney, and it was not worth it to stay here, and pay for transportation to the theme parks. I would not recommend this hotel for Disney guests, but rather for convention go-ers and Seaworld/universal guests. The customer service at the ticket booth was HORRIBLE might I add. It seems as if they're too incompetent to talk to two parties at a time, after giving one party ticket options to look at. They stand there and watch them go over the ticket options... ridiculous.

The Rosen Centre hotel is a nice hotel for someone visiting the convention center. Our room was nice and clean but the charges of parking, internet, refrigerator, etc... really start to add up if your business is not picking up the tab. All the restaurants and bars are overpriced. Luckily, other choices abound within walking distance. The free shuttle to Universal Studios was nice but you have to pay to be taken to Disney.

The Rosen Centre is a good hotel. The room size is fairly good enough however the layout is a little bit unusual considering the bathroom sink greets you as you come in. The bathroom door is awkwardly placed as it is so close to the toilet bowl when you open/close the door. The room upkeep is not the best as there are previous guest nail clippings still on the carpet floor....hmmmm, for a hotel like this I expect only the best but they sure do need to polish up their housekeeping. Yes, the hotel is close to some restaurants. With todays economy, it would be nice to get what you paid for from your hard earned money.....from a luxury hotel that not all people can afford. Keep your regulations in cleanliness.

At check-in, I was greeted and assisted by two desk clerks who accommodated my request for adjoining or adjacent rooms. Our entire experience was wonderful. The only complaint I heard was that the soda machine on our floor was out of order, so my kids had to go to another floor to get soda.
