The Roosevelt Inn is a small, independent, family owned and operated hotel. Our hotel was recently renovated to make your stay more enjoyable. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. All have private baths, TV, air conditioning, coffee makers DD phones, satellite TV, coffee makers and many other amenities. Most rooms also have queen or king sized beds, refrigerators and DVD players. Also, the hotel has a three-season pool, a hot tub, a family recreation room, guest laundry and there is ample free off street parking on site.

Outstanding value. We booked here because the price was half what the Holiday Inn and Best Western were charging. What a pleasant surprise! We were given a "loft suite" with two queen sized beds and two twin sized beds which were perfect for our boys 8 and 10. The room had two flat screen TVs -- a big one in the main part of the room and a smaller one in the loft. There also was a microwave, refrigerator and dvd player. The hotel itself was quite nice, quaint even, although the pool was small. The staff seemed knowledgeable about the area and was helpful. This hotel is a gem and a great bargain too.

The town of Keystone is great, the hotel is a little far from the main street. The hotel is not a higher class and kind of run down(old). It is quiet and the beds were comfortable.

We visited all the local sights in the area and even traveled to cities within 50 miles just to see the overall sights and local facilities it had to offer.

We stayed one night to be able to see Mt Rushmore and see the Keystone area. For that and the price it was "OK" but no breakfast and we all we could hear was the vibrating bed next door.

Parking was limited but the night manager helped us find a spot. This hotel definitely was overpriced. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existant so that was disappointing for the price we paid.
