We were disappointed that there was no hot water. The water heater timer had been switched off. We also found the T.V remote control very difficult to work. It was very slow and frustrating to use. In other respects everything was O.K. and the reception desk staff were very helpful.

Great for a few days' breakLeeds is a most unappreciated city as a place for a short break. Food is great, taxis are amazingly good value and friendly, and the city is spectacular. Roomzz is really good as a jumping off bolt-hole: clean and comfortable, and really well-equipped, the small studio apartments are great to explore Yorkshire. I recommend spending a little more and getting a deluxe apartment, however. The smaller version is a bit hot and stuffy. Also, there are not many places to pick up breakfast if you are on foot so it is wise to pick up a few 'brekkie' essentials like real coffee before you settle in for the night.

There was dried food down the wall of the kitchen area. Also all of the cups/glasses and knives were dirty, with food even still on the handles. I was highly disappointed by that. The bedroom and bathroom were both fine, very comfortable and clean.

Great place to stay in LeedsThis self-catering apartment was probably the best quality and value accommodation we have stayed anywhere in the UK. It is a good location - around 15 min walk into town. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a few days with a clean, functional kitchen with brand new appliances.

RoomZZZZZZZZ Central Leeds...Little gem in busy cityOne night stay. Beautiful apartment clean luxurious everything you could want and more!! All crockery and utensils provided for kitchen area, dishwasher washing machine. Plenty of clean fresh towels, beautiful comfy bed. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Roomzzz CentralWhile everyting was as it appeared on the website - the virtual tour of the room on the web mad eit appear larger than it actually was.When I stayed the weather was very hot and the fact that of the room size and the lack of air-conditioning made the stay uncomfortable

If its functional self catering your after then this is perfect Liked Friendly Staff Quiet Room - I could hear a great din from next door in the corridor but nothing when I got inside Functional , Clean and Modern , Room Fully Fitted for Eating In Didnt Like the spring loaded internet cable needed to be wedged in to my laptop to work air conditioning is an electric fan ( to be fair - at least they had one and I didn't have to ask for it ) felt it was a bit pricy ( ie comparable to London prices ) I'd giv it a feng shui score of 2 out of 10 : They've plonked this bloody great tv table cum office desk cum wardrobe thingy right in the middle of the room - .I can see it's quite functional 'cos you can watch tv from the living space and then just swivel it around and watch it in bed . I never watch tv so for me I hated the tv dominating the room from a central point .

Excellent ValueThis was an excellent find, booked the grande room so not sure what the normal room is like. Very reasonable sized room, comfortable bed and lounge area, well appointed kitchen. The TV had the basic 5 channels however a range of satelite, film and adult channels were available on demand (didn't try any of them). Free local and national calls from the telephone, free internet access (not wi-fi). The reception recommended an excellent chinese take away who delivered direct and all for £69 through late rooms, excellent value. Downside, the lift was a bit bumpy and we were on the 10 floor, the view wasn't great but its a city what can you expect.

Great HotelThis was a fantastic hotel, totally worth the money I paid.I was expecting a standard hotel room: bed, shower, toilet and some coffee and tea, but what I got was so much more, it's more like a holiday apartment than a hotel room, it not only has those things, but a fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and more; and I only paid £99 for a two night stay!

Only faults I can think of (nitpicking??) : Fairly hot in the rooms at night and the fan provided didn't quite cut it. Could've done with some air con in there. Drainage in the shower was poor and flooded the bathroom everytime you used it. Only basic channels on the TV 1-5 and radio (although this seemed to keep cutting out every few seconds??)Good Points: Well equipped apartments (Kitchen, Lounge, Dining areas). Very clean. Modern decor. Helpful staff.

Bargain getaway without being bargain basementWe were really impressed with what we got for our money. The studio apartment was clean, modern, well laid out, and had everything we needed and more. The windows kept any traffic noise out, and though we were told the hotel was busy, we were never bothered by noise from other apartments. I would definitely recommend for shopping trips etc, as the walk into the centre took less than 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. One small note of caution; we visited when most university students had left for the summer. As we were surrounded by student accommodation, it might be a different picture in October!
