Excellent ocean view!!! Very popular location for great night clubs and food. Only one elevator working...lines for that service were up to 30 minutes. Ran out of toilet paper, called the front desk on two different occasions and never recieved it. A hairdryer blew a fuse and power was out on the whole floor. Poor A/C system, leaked water.

Its a good place to stay if you want to party. They need more elevators. During the day its faster to take the stairs to the 9th floor! This hotel is across the street from the beach and in front of many loud clubs. I would recomend it for younger party goers. This is not the hotel for families in my opinion.

Food was absolutely horrible (don?t try to add all inclusive AFTER you get here!). No water provided to your room and can?t drink the tap water. Don?t even think about getting ice! No internet provided (they have it available and charge you $75 pesos for 24 hours) which you can only access in the hotel lobby or restaurant. No bartender on beach and hotel is across the street from the beach. Main traffic area and difficult to cross street to get to the beach. 2 elevators for 22 floors and the entire week we were here only 1 worked with folks lined up to the street. Hour waits at times and locals feel as if they get priority and will walk to front of long lines and push you aside. Large local population with many children and very rude to tourists. Minimal English speaking staff and VERY difficult to communicate your needs to staff. VERY loud disco across the street which goes until 6am (then hotel starts at 8am!). Pool is often over crowded with locals and difficult to get into. Restaurant service is very slow and you will need to request beverage refills which can be frustrating when you want a second cup of coffee in the morning! When standing at the grill waiting for hot cakes, we observed MANY cockroaches crawling on the wall under the sink. No clocks in any of the rooms and few outlets. Guests are not allowed to bring visitors back to their rooms. Hotel?s cheap prices attract cheap clientele (students, locals, etc.). Many nights of parties and and door slamming in the halls. All inclusive is not all inclusive; Must pay extra for Friday night and Sunday brunch meals. Hours for all inclusive vary. No hot water in rooms.

You absolutely cannot sleep at this hotel. It is directly across the street from THE all night bar which blasts music until exactly 5 a.m. The decibel level is unlike anything you have ever heard. We left the next morning to book a new hotel for the rest of our week's stay. We had to cancel thru Orbitz where we had booked, so had to find a computer in order to do this. The people were great there, but the mind splitting blasting is unbearable.

Location. Elevator and front desk people. Will not stay there again.

Although clean, this was a bargain basement, older, and run down establishment. Although the ocean views were spectacular, there were at least three outdoor nightclubs directly in front of the hotel, all blaring music as loud as they could until 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. each morning. There was a language barrier here, typical with the rest of the town, with almost no one speaking English. On our last day, the maid knocked on my door at 9:50 a.m. to advise me of checkout day, although I believe checkout time was 11:00 a.m. or noon, and I had placed a wake up call for 10:30 a.m.

I arrived on thursday and left Sunday. I couldn't sleep until 6am on any night because the music on the bar outside is unbelievably loud. I couldn't hear properly for a week after the vacation, but the doctor said my hearing should return, which it did. Sort of unbelievable. I had one of the nicer ocean facing rooms on the 14 th floor, but still loud.

"This hotel is a good value, since it is across the (busy) street from the beach. The views are great! The amenities are OK, be sure to check their website. It was Spring Break when we were there and the place was overrun with US college students. They all said that the all-inclusive pkg. wasn't very good on the food and drink. We used the bus (4.5 pesos) to get to WalMart and restaurants. We would stay there again."

Music from restaurants/bar across the street from the hotel is too lout, until 4am in the morning. And when three different types of music mix... it's even worse. It was unbelievably loud and I couldn't sleep. The swimming pool would start getting dirty with cups, wrappers, etc, and stay so until the following morning. Music in the pool area was extremely loud.

Took a suite- to avoid elevator. 4 guests- not enough towels. Not bad for a 2* hotel- in the middle of party town-too tired of walking with the family did not mind the loud music. Glad we took a suite- avoid elevator. Beach: waves very strong-not safe 4 kids. Use pool instead (small though) we stayed in from 12-11 thru 12-15-perfect! Not crowed at all. Avoid hi-season. If you want to party-this is a good spot for your.

"there is a night club across the street that closes at 6:00 am and the noise is soo loud youcan't sleep then, and i was coming at 10 in the nigth and the securty gurd did not let get in the hotel because i did not get a wristband at the check in counter, then he escorted me to the counter to check if i was and actual guest, when the guy at the counter say yes he left then i asked the guy at the counter the thing about the wristband and he could not say anything clear about it, (???), people at the restaurant was realy nice but poor looking buffete."

Large room, good view of ocean, good location. Bathroom had water damage and rusted tub. Overall, we had a good experience with this hotel. The location is perfect. It's excellent location for the beaches and the night spots. The hotel had excellent view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The room was spacious and generally attractive. The only thing negative was that fact that it was an older building which had some un-repaired water damage to the wall in the bathroom along with some rusted spots on the tub.

"I was staying for New Year 2007. Hotel was clean & great view and very nice location. I was disappointed about lobby which was kind of dirty, but the room was very clean and good AC.I agreed about complain about elevator. You can go anywhere by walking distance. You should ask lobby to get higher floor when checking in.I recomend higher than 10th floor. If you need refrigerator, you must stay on 3rd floor where is the noisiest floor You can just get cooler box which is US$2.00 and a bag of ice at near convenience store.I enjoyed this hotel and will back again!"
