Nice and clean room. Old bathroom...Interesting breakfast. Very expensive internet. The Maria Novella square in front of the hotel still under construction. Not a interesting view...Centrally situated.

A very enjoyable stayOnly ate breakfast so restricted grading - however breakfast was very appropriate. Renovations were taking place in the locality during our stay even so the location was great.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. My room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The location was near the station, within walking distance of all major tourist sites. My only complaint was that it was noisy at night being on a popular Piazza & next to an Irish bar. I recommend asking for a higher level room facing the quieter side street.

Just disappointed the room did not have an outside window so was a little dark and depressing. Other than that everything else was great.

Nice clean hotel in a good location, only 5 mins walk from main railway station. The hotel does not have a restaurant but this is not a major problem as plenty of restaurants and cafes in surrounding area.

I really liked Roma Hotel Florence but eventhough the location is great it is very noisy at night with the trafic and people outside in the bars. It din't have wireless connection, so we had to use their computer.
