The Rodeway in Wisconsin Dells did not clean our room. We had to take out our own garbage and had to take our towels to the front desk to exchange them. The pool looked as though it had not been vacuumed in a while, there was dirt and other debris on the bottom. While I was at the front desk getting clean towels I overheard one of the employees complaining about the guests using all the towels. Are the towels just there for decoration? I will never stay at another Rodeway Inn after the treatment we had at this one.

Nothing to report sadly. It was a mess and very unclean. When first pulling up into the hotel it looks nice, but as soon as you walk into the hotel you notice right off the bat that it's dirty. The man who checked us in made us wait 15 minutes to check in, then when he arrived he unlocked the office door through a broken window. Once in the room you noticed very quickly how dirty it was. We finally decided to leave when we seen a man starring at the our truck windows. We chose to leave and go to a Comfort Inn down the street a few blocks. So it was the worst 50 bucks I ever spent and the worst hotel I've ever stayed, and I love staying in hotels.

This was a great hotel!When I cheaked in the girl had a very nice smile on her face and greeted me in tumes like a gentelman,words such as mam sir excuse me. I was charged at a good price.When I went to my room and I layed on the bed it was so comfortable I could lay on it all day long.The game room was really neat and nice.It had a pool table witch is the main thing you need in a game room and many more games. There was an indoor and outdoor pool and both where great,plus a hot tub and a suna.This is the best hotel i have stayed at!!!

The Rodeway Inn at Wisconsin Dells could have been alot cleaner. For 3 of our 4 days there, there was no tissue, no cup or glasses. the hair dryer never worked and the tv was out of service two and one half days. The screen on the window was bent and did not work. They have a laundry room, the light did not work and the vending maschine was out of order. The good thing about it is it is very close to everything. We realy enjoyed the Dells and had a good time. But I doubt we will ever book a hotel before we see it.

Nothing! Horrible! Everything! Would never recommend! It was the worst experience ever! Room was old and moldy! Smelt, gross, broken door jams, broken air vents, broken handles in bathroom, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, and to top it off, they did not clean the room! Same sheets and dirt on the floor when we got there! That's why we are all sick and slept on top of the sheets.

When you check in and the sign says no refunds that is a bad sign. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, like maybe they just opened for the season. But when I returned to find my room door wide open, I was upset. The front desk informed me housekeeping did not close it and it had been open for about 4 hours. I didn't even receive any apology. And when I complained to Rodeway, they were no help either. So beware, don't leave anything of value in your room here!

That it was on the strip. The room was not at all that clean, we found a bug crawling on the bathroom floor.

i was on a family vacation.My kids liked it a lot.The game room was excellent.The indoor outdoor pools are very nice.The location is excellent u can walk to major attractions.Iwould recommend to the families with children especialy

If you want to sleep in dirty rooms, and get hidden charges, perhaps up to 200 (like i did) stay here. Also the manement called me an idiot and yelled at me when i asked about it. Honestly i would forget this place even exisited because i'm sure it won't soon. Will be contacting BBB.

Nothing. The hot tub was a cold tub the pool had dirt in it. I was very displeased with the staff never being in the office. We asked for awake up call that we never got and ended up getting to our event late. They didn't have a clock in the room to know what time it was. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was cold so we didn't use it and that was the reason I chose this motel. The motel advertises free coffee and pastries, all they had was stale coffee & no pastries. The maids only made the bed and gave us clean towels. They didn't vacuum the whole 3 days we were there.

This place is a joke, no lie. The hotel staff was absolutly filthy, along with the entire hotel and rooms. YUCK! What they call the management, tried to charge me for an extra room, yelled at me and called me an idiot. Really not even worth anyones time. I knew it was cheaper but i didn't know that cheap meant NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, STANDERDS, or CLEANLINESS. take my word= look elsewhere!

Great location. The sheets were not changed. When we brought this up, they said they would have them changed. We marked them. They did not change them.I did. The sheets were not changed from the previous people. They had hair on them. We ask to have them changed. They said they would. We had marked the sheets to see if they did. They did not. I ended up getting the clean sheets and doing it myself. We were also charged more for there roll up bed then they had in there flyer at the front desk. When it was brought to their attention they replied that flyer was an old flyer.

"checked in, clerk was watching tv. hair in the tub on the floor towels were so dirty. rugs werent vacuumed curtains had tears went and complained he was very rude , i said who do i call to get my money back,,i called the office.the business came back and told me i could not get my money back.. so i went back into the hotel and i told him i was calling the better business bureau monday and i am going to get this place shut down he replied good luck, wisconsin dells is a booming business town and should'nt have hotels like these"

Within walking distance to most popular attractions. Just older and needs an overhall new rugs, sheets, etc. Rodeway in has friendly staff who are attentive to one's needs. It is literally 'across the street' from most popular water parks. Has swing set for kids and an indoor and outdoor pool. Hotel has to seperate buildings one newer and one older. I stated in the older section, rooms were sufficient size for 2 people but this old section could use some basic updating like new carpeting etc.

Room smelled of pet urine. Blanket on bed was tattered. Refrigerator was not plugged in and never did cool down enough to keep perishables at a safe temperature.Air conditioner was turned off every day after the room was cleaned so that when we arrived in our room in the late evening the odor of the room was overwhelming and it took quite a while for the room to cool off.

I got into bed and the sheets were wet, but the comforter and the blanket on top of the sheet was dry. I had to strip the bed and sleep with my own blankets after I flipped mattress witch was 5 months over due for flipping. I let the office know about this problem, and the NEVER called me like they promised.

It is well placed in the center of the area. easy access to a lot of things. Their continental breakfast did have waffles. The hotel seemed to be in reconstruction on some rooms but all in all for the amount of time spent in the room or pools (indoor and out) and on the play ground with the kids was great. It was with in walking distance of many attractions and with gas prices so high it helped a lot.

"Generally good, but front desk service was always on personal calls which came before helping customers, and were rude. stayed 2 nights room was not cleaned in between, had to ask for towels, breakfast was xtremely minimal and only lasted until 8:30! Maint. tore out an air conditioner above our room at 8:30 at night, had to complain about the noise!"
