The overral location from downtown was perfect but the room itself was not what I expected. The bathroom looks kinda old. Make sure you take you own towel, the ones i had in my room had dirt stain in them and none of them was clean. The floors was dirty as well. If you're looking for something other that a 5star to lay your head after partying, this would work.

Location in regards to the interstate. Very outdated and old. We expected an economy hotel, but expected it to at least be updated. It felt like a hotel/truck stop for truckers on the road. We were very close to a bad neighborhood and no grocery stores or convenient (safe) stores nearby. The fixtures in the hotel were either rusted or dirty looking and the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room and everything just felt so old and gross. The pool was not clean.

This motel is advertising competative rates for the area and then charging a different rate when checking in.

Convenient location to Memphis. Bed was too soft and aggravated a back problem. Ok for the money, but watch getting a room with beds that are too soft. Nothing fancy, but generally suitable.

On site security monitoring parking lot - appreciated since van was full of college stuff. Spring in AR-guess ants are a fact of life... 1st rm smelled of spray but still had active ants. 2nd room ok, but storm overnight knocked out hotel power...

This hotel was awesome for the price. Our room was clean, set up nicely and a great value for the price. I will definitely be staying again as I travel there at least 6 times a year.
