The property's amenities include the complimentary continental breakfast and Elmer's Family Restaurant (direct billing to the room is available). nice place to stay, employee are helpful, better place to stay that other chain hotels at there price range, our second stay at this hotel, again a nice at home added feature fresh baked cookies at 8:00 at front desk,

The friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. This hotel was pleasant in many ways. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The motel was clean. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the access to a computer.

The first thing when we got to pocatello, the young man behind the desk was very friendly. the room was a great value and we are very happy.

the breakfast very basic, rm small, but has everything you need, micro wave and refer above most hotel, very nice touch have hot cookie in the evening, it seam that its a great summer place to stay, after read other reviews I think others problems are when college full term, need to add sign in room saying blow dryer and iron avilible at request or get these items

Room was pleasant. Hotel hallways, walkways were filthy, room not as clean as should be. They have upgraded the rooms somewhat, but the hallways and walkways were filthy. Room need a really good scrubbing, especially the bathroom. Would not come here again.

I was visiting ISU and decided to stay at this hotel, although there was negative reviews about it. This hotel has a new management. It is a good hotel for the price I paid. Nothing fancy but just good enough for what I need. The location is across from ISU. They have a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

While the room was clean, it had a strong smell of bleach. There was a decent breakfast (free!). It was a good location for people just passing through (like we were), but seemed to be near to most all of the places one would need to see. A good Value.

The front desk clerk greeted me by telling me I should have rang the bell if I wanted service. Next, when I went to throw my gum wrapper away, he told me to stay in front of the desk. After he told me there was a pet fee, I tried to explain that Online travel website stated this was a pet friendly hotel and there would not be a charge. The clerk got ANGRY and yelled at me that he was working on his masters and doing the night laundry at the hotel instead of being some person on welfare. He then called his manager on the phone. His manager TOLD ME not to be rude to the employees. I could not believe this treatment, so I called my wife at home to book another hotel. At 1000pm, my wife was having a hard time finding one, so I took my room key and tried to get in to my room and they had demagnetized my key. When I asked them why - they said I could not stay there. However, Online travel website told me the hotel refused to refund my money. SO, I had to spend twice the amount to stay at another hotel, and my credit card was charged for this hotel that refused service. This was a nightmare! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you want to deal with emotionally unstable clerks!

The Rodeway Inn University in Pocatello, formerly owned and run locally USED to be the best buy in Pocatello, economically and for service. The continental breakfast has been cut so far down that it's not recognizable any more, the rooms are small, crowded, and not very clean, and the staff on check-in were so unfriendly we thought we had done something wrong by walking in the door. The prices are incredibly high for the quality of service and amenities.

The motel is right across the street from ISU so it is very convenient if visiting the campus. The rooms show wear and could use some attention. A nice breakfast is included and internet access is available in a common area. Otherwise, a no frills motel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great for where we were going, Holt Arena and close to restaurants. If you are not a smoker, I would suggest not settling for a smoking room as I did cause the oder was really, really strong. The room's heater was on high and way to hot when we arrived. They were very pleasant and helpful though. I would stay there again, just not in a smoking room.

Close proximity to destination. Older hotel, needs renovation. Hotel was clean, but musty. Great if you just lay over a night but really not a destination spot. The staff was very pleasant.

Smoke pervaded the hallways, even in non-smoking areas. The night clerk recommended an excellent Steak House. As I went to my room, the smell of tobacco smoke was pervasive everywhere - and musty. The breakfast was not appealing, so I went next door to a Diner and had a wonderful breakfast.

Nothing I can think of. Tainted orange juice, overall cleanliness. I would never stay at this hotel again. It is not even a star economy. No hot water for shower and overall cleanliness was very bad.
