The housekeepers was excellent cleaners. Did not have a lounge for the complimentary breakfast. We were impressed at how clean the housekeepers cleaned the room while we were out of the hotel. It was nice to come back to a clean room.

The effort by the front desk/manager to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast area not designed for eating, only for pick up of coffee, juice, and a muffin. The hotel is an excellent budget travel hotel. No frills, but clean. Front office personnel were very helpful. Breakfast was minimal, not like La Quinta or others.

The hotel is in an old neighborhood, but its owner does all he can to make you comfortable. The owner of the hotel, a fine Korean gentleman, made us feel welcome; his staff was proficient, good-mannered, and everyone there was kind and helpful. But you must remember that it is situated in an older area of Tucson with parts of it occupied by run-down auto shops, etc. However, good neighborhoods, restaurants and sights are close-by. We never felt unsafe. The hotel was clean.

Rooms were large, beds comfortable. Smoking room - and you could tell it was that. WI-FIway very poor. Convenient to Tucson activities and the college campus, large andcomfortable rooms.

Location was close to where I needed to be. Staff was basically knowledgeable and tolerant. Room was clean, a bit run down but not terrible. The main problem is that I was intrigued by the pet policy so we took the family dog - (small house broke) and with the pet they will only accommodate you in a smoker's room and we do not smoke - so I had purchased some febreeze to make the room smell better. It was not any higher than 1 star.

Not much. Ice box has food in it from a past guest of that room. Shower did not function showerhead clogged so badly that water just dribbled out. Staff was not very friendly. Food was left in the fridge from a past guest.

I was bit by a spider three times during the night in the sheets. Just like a motel 6.

The new owners are trying hard. Really old and beaten up. Reasonably priced hotels are sparse in Tucson during gem and mineral month. But, it was just recently purchased by Rodeway and there is evidence that they are trying mightily to make the best of a badly abused property.

Good location for my purposes. Needs more lighting in parking area. Good value for the money!

The price. Hotel was not a non-smoking room, even though it said it was. Had small roaches. The room smelled of cigarettes even though we were told it was a non-smoking room. I saw some small roaches-not good. Also, did not feel very safe judging by the street activity I saw.
