I stayed here before and now i can state it is totally different place after new management. I had a talk with the new Manager he took over the operation 2 months back and i can see the difference he made. i stay there because it is close to Downtown and i like the price, compare to price it is best place to stay in nashville, staff is very professional,friendly and service minded giving a lot more than is paid for, rooms are clean,hotel got cameras nice and lighted hotel with swimming pool,breakfast,free coffee any-time at office. some room got coffeemaker, iron,microwave-frige,hairdryer and all but i choose the economy room. its safe and quite place i enjoy my stay at this hotel i will not go no place except for this hotel. i will surely recommend this and only this place.

It was in relatively close to downtown comparing other hotels with same cost range. The options for breakfast was limited to coffee and doughnut so count on fast foods close by or bring yours. BTW, some rooms do not have refrigerator and microwave, it is optional. My room was on the side of highway so it was enough noisy! Ask for the side of room if you are sensitive to noise. The architecture might not be interesting, no green stuff around. Car entrance was one of the main problems, you have to be careful to do not pass it. There are some staff that might not understand your English but they try to be helpful.

i usually stay there, but since last two visits they have improved a lot. It made me ask them whats going on and i find out management has been changed. i met the new manger he was very friendly and helpful and eager to know if i can give them some suggestion for better service. i am very satisfied with their service and will go again would recommend every one for this motel.

Our stay at this hotel was the worst hotel experience in 40+ years of traveling. The room was not clean and had a musty smell. The bedding had cigarette burn holes in it even though we had requested a non-smoking room. The shower had cigarette burns in it. The shower had not been cleaned after the last use as it had human hair all over the walls of it. The carpet needed to be swept. Then the nightmare begins. During the night we were awakened to cars coming and going out of the parking lot below our room. The people were talking and were not entering the office of the hotel, but a walkway between the office and the hotel. At 4:30 am we were again awakened by 3 cars coming into the parking lot and their occupants talking and laughing. At 5:00 am we decided that this was not a safe hotel to stay in and started to get ready to leave. At 6:00 am someone very loudly pounded on our hotel door several times. Pulling back the curtain slightly next to the door, we were face to face with an unshaven, disheveled man looking at us. He said "I must have the wrong room" and left. At this point we were frightened out of our wits. It is very strange that a hotel has cars coming and going all night and not staying for a very long time. One has to wonder what was going on at this hotel. As we returned from dinner and church that night we commented that the few cars that were there when we left for dinner were not there when we came back and were not there all night. It is not a hotel that I would ever recommend anyone staying in.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was just toast. Not continental. Hotel was very basic and felt grubby, we have stayed since at 5 other 1 star motels and have found them to all be very reasonable and of a higher standard than this.

The only thing that I liked about the hotel was the low rate and that pets were allowed. The rooms are very small. Rooms not in the best condition. Staff at the hotel were pleasant but not very friendly. The rooms were very small and not in the best condition. I know it is early in the season but the pool was not open. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, amounted to coffee, some dough nut holes and bananas.

The location was close to major thourofare. Cleanliness. It was okay for a place to sleep. Definitely not made to spend any time in room relaxing.

Nothing. Just about everything. The hotel looked pretty bad, when getting into the hotel room we where kind of scared the location was horrible and everything seemed pretty sketchy! The hotel room had blood on the floor and as well as the door! We asked for another room and it was just as bad minus the blood! The locks did not work which was very scary and then decided to leave!

No clock, dirty bathroom. The hotel met my basic needs. I live 30miles away, but was in town for a concert with my wife and didn't want to drink and drive. All I needed was a bed and shower. That is about all there is in the room. Small TV with limited stations, no clock, shower only; no tub and was dirty. Cigarette burns in sheets. Not friendliest part of town, either. If you need a place to crash and shower in the morning, then it is an ok place and price.
