Staff was nice. Unsafe, seedy characters lurking, old, old hotel and needs remodel badly.

It was close to everything I wanted to do while in Texarkana. Pool wasn’t open, tub had mold and coffee pot had a chip on pouring lip. The employees were very friendly, but had I known the pool was not going to be open I would have stayed some where else that did have one open.

Pool not in service and bathrooms need improvements. The tub had the appearance of being dirty.
